It was very reasonably priced and once I made a number of videos it was a breeze. Pros Not only are your able to create the doodle videos but you can add your own images. The program is easy to set up and videos are easy to edit. There is also a very good selection of music. Cons Overall Doodly works very well. It took me a number of tries to get the timing correct but once you learn where the "timers" are for images and scenes it worked fine. The only issue I ran into was getting the music to match up with the screens. Pros It is so easy to use and is extremely valuable to the BDR and AE's on the team. It helps us track our notes throughout the cycle so effectively. Cons Nothing to say bad about Dooly. It is so valuable for our sales org at helping to track our deals and making us more effective on calls. Pros The ability to take notes and sync them over to salesforce for me is very useful. I like that my calendar ties into Dooly as well so that I can coordinate notes with specific meetings. Cons I'm not sure if there's a Chrome Extension, but that would be helpful as I currently just have another tab pulled up on my browser. Since I learned all of the different processes I can manage with it, I work out of dooly more than I do Salesforce! Pros I love the ability to update records in Salesforce without having to go into Salesforce. Not only can I log notes from calls and create task lists for myself, I can also create templates to update records when moving opportunities to different stages, viewing lists of records (accounts/opportunities) so that I can update next steps. With the upgrade to lightening and so many integrations plugged in, Salesforce can be very slow. Fantastic support - responsible and friendly. Always going the extra mile to make things right, even if changes on our side "broke" the integration. Pros In our company's Salesforce implementation, there are lots of mandatory fields for every stage change. With Dooly, I can create templates together to group those fields and make sure they are filled in correctly at the right stage, saving me time and reducing errors and having to do things over a 2nd time. It also makes note taking and updating fields during meetings much easier since it's integrated with my calendar and has a button right on the invite to take notes. Cons Would be nice to have good transcriptions of my meetings to grab snippets from. Reasons for choosing Dooly I didn't need to look any further because Dooly did a great job and was reasonably priced. Cons Not a big deal, but I wish there was an easier way to sort the filters for my opportunity view.
