This saves me hours of time a week and I have never had any problems with the service. If anyone uses Salesforce on a daily basis, this is a MUST to save yourself time and sanity. Cons The only functionality problem I have encountered is the inability to scroll horizontally to the left (on Mac), without initiating the "back" gesture. Pros The ability to take notes and sync them over to salesforce for me is very useful. I like that my calendar ties into Dooly as well so that I can coordinate notes with specific meetings. May 8, 2020 5.0 Dooly allows me to not only take great notes on the fly, but also keeps me organized and saves me a bunch of time. Pros Dooly is an incredible time saver and makes arduous administrative tasks simple. It helps streamline data entry into Salesforce and allows me to quickly update opportunities and manage my pipeline. Cons Dooly is used to a improve a process that a lot of people are very used to. February 25, 2020 5.0 Dooly makes note taking, pipeline management, and reporting a breeze. As a salesforce longtime user, the UI, function, and refresh sucks. Dooly gives all these things superpowers. I get visibility on everything, and my team can easily address and update relevant fields all in one place. Pros Dooly is so easy to use for reporting across my teams, from account and opportunity notes over to statuses and stages of our customer lifecycle. Cons Nothing really. Cons If you update SFDC, then go into dooly and sync your note, everything in SFDC gets erased, which is very annoying. Love the Salesforce integration because I don’t have to wait for that long load time when editing in Salesforce. Cons I think the hardest piece to use about this software for my usecase is the search feature within the board tool. Usually I have to play around with filters instead to find the specific opportunities/ accounts instead of simply searching for them. Cons I wish Dooly allowed you to fill out fields on the opportunity level and the account level within the same note. Pros It is so easy to use and is extremely valuable to the BDR and AE's on the team. It helps us track our notes throughout the cycle so effectively. Cons Nothing to say bad about Dooly. Pros I love how this tools integrates so easily with my other sales tools. I no longer have to duplicate my effors. Dooly makes it easy to take notes, save them, and then tie back the notes to the right opportunity. I love how fast it works and how easy it is to learn. I never used dooly until this job and I am now not aware on how I ever went through my sales career without it! Cons nothing - it truly checks all the box's for me!
