Pros

This software is easy to use to attach notes to opportunities. Set up super fast!

Cons

There were a few technical limitations that left me noteless. Un synced notes are stored on browser cache so don’t clear.

Thank you for the review and feedback on the browser cache issue. Very shortly we are shipping an update to notes that will only rely on browser cache as a fallback if you don't have an Internet connection. So as long as you are online, any note you take will be in Dooly.

### "No need to use Salesforce!"

Pros

You can take notes and manage your pipeline without going into Salesforce. All of the data captured in Dooly syncs with the Salesforce account/opportunity.

Cons

Editing templates can be easier to access. Also, having a shortcuts legend would be handy on the Notes page.

### "Great for qualification notes "

Pros

Integration with Salesforce to remove any double entry that was a huge issue before utilizing Dooly. Ease of use and speed that the information syncs from Dooly to Salesforce.

Cons

No cons as this solved the biggest issue I was having with my qualification notes which was having to input double entries into Salesforce

How easy it is to start typing and organize your notes so that you feel prepared for every discovery or pricing call I step into

Cons

Sometimes the SFDC integration doesn't work as seamlessly every time

Only positives so far. It's just incredibly important that you get manager buy-in for some of the functionality to be used effectively across large teams (templates)

Pros

1) The time our reps save when updating their pipeline 2) in-line edit-ability 3) Templates for notes & call scripts 4) Simplicity

Cons

There is nothing currently that we dislike, though the simplicity is also the downside as it serves a very specific purpose, if another tool which is more complex that we need for other outcomes ALSO solved this use case, we may no longer have a need for Dooly.

Reason for choosing Dooly

A few of our reps had used it for a year before they convinced the rest of the organization that this was a key to their success and a worthwhile investment for the rest of the organization.

### "Great program to create doodle videos"

Doodly provided exactly what I was looking for. It was very reasonably priced and once I made a number of videos it was a breeze.

Pros

Not only are your able to create the doodle videos but you can add your own images. The program is easy to set up and videos are easy to edit. There is also a very good selection of music.

Cons

Overall Doodly works very well. It took me a number of tries to get the timing correct but once you learn where the "timers" are for images and scenes it worked fine. The only issue I ran into was getting the music to match up with the screens.
