Pros Flashy designs and all in one interface make this seem like a good investment, visually appealing styles available Cons Its not the AI it tells you it is, they do not send subscription reminders and refuse to refund you when you realize they've charged you again and you contact them within the hour. My account hadnt been used in 2 years at that point, meaning this was the second time they knowingly charged an inactive account. Customer support was awful to deal with. This company only exists still because they siphon unwitting participants money, and modern AI will do anything they offer but with better customization. Pros I learned how to be careful who I work with in the future. Never again TailorBrands! Cons everything! They just charge and charge, without really helping you out. They rather leave you with a lot of problems and they are not very helpful when it comes to solving them. They offer 3 numbers (which I was able to find) and one email to reach out to them. They tell you they will answer in 24h, but it is just an automatic email and that is it. I asked them multiple times for dissolution of my LLC, many times sent an email to give me exact details of how it is done saying I would like to dissolve my buisness. They just see "I would like to dissolve my business" and just try to charge you immediately. On top of it all, I proceeded to pay for my LLC dissolution and of course I was charged for something else, not even notifying me about it. I called all three number, sent email and no response. For my email it hasn't been 24h, but the phone number don't even try. SCAM SCAM SCAM! They automatically hang up.... They not only made promises but also delivered on them, leaving me satisfied and likely to return for future purchases.Overall, I felt I received great value for the price, it actually delivered more than I expected. Pros Easy, inexpensive, efficient.The customer support was outstanding—responsive and helpful, showing a genuine commitment to satisfaction. You can start a company with all around service within a day.Especially if someone has no experience or legal knowledge (like me) this solution is an absolute time and money saver.They also have a huge knowledge database to read. Cons The website templates could be improved, there is not much choice and they are not truly customizable, Website builder and business card template could also need refreshing. You will end up not understanding what to do and spending a lot of money due to the lack of support. I highly recommend hiring a law practice or accountant in the US to handle this delicate process, yes is expensive but secure and reliable. Tailor Brands is a scam with a good image. Hope you don’t get into trouble like my wife and I. Pros Easy to use at a high cost. I have no positive things to say. LLC process is a scam. Cons Confusing charges for LLC creation. Little transparency on total cost or services needed. No human interaction through the process. They follow up to make you change the review but never help or reimburse their scam. Cons When I sent numerous emails as to what my first payment went to, they simply said, we're sorry you didn't understand? Okay, understand what? They said, well we do not give refunds. I DID NOT GET A PRODUCT THOUGH... Just another payment 3 times the original payment with "maybe" a promise to get my LOGO, but with this company, it's probably hidden behind another PAYWALL. Cons I strongly advise against using Tailor Brands for any business services. I paid $1,557 USD for various services, including EIN processing and LLC formation, but received nothing but frustration and financial loss. Tailor Brands failed to obtain my EIN, leaving me to deal with the IRS myself despite charging me for the service. The support team has been contradictory and unhelpful; some members said they would process a refund and provided a small $99 refund, while others claimed they could neither issue a refund nor process the EIN. This inconsistency and lack of accountability are unacceptable. As I've completed this process with other companies without any issues. The delays and lack of transparency have caused significant damage to my business. To make matters worse, their response times are abysmal. Despite being promised contact on July 4th, no one has reached out. Tailor Brands is unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by going elsewhere.
