I was robbed of $240 over a two year period of not using their miserable service! It’s a robbery! Moreover they trick customers into subscriptions and charge them $120 for expired domains they claim weren’t cancelled . This company appears to be scamming with subscriptions! They made a huge mistake just to get their sale and set my business up wrong and now I have to pay additional to fix and they’ve offered nothing. No refund or discount or additional services. There’s no recourse for me. I feel totally scammed. Pros I thought they were a great one stop shop where I could get help setting up my business Cons I specifically told the sales person I was in need of an S Corp and they had me set up LLC and said I’d receive email to complete questions to create SCorp. Two days later I was told they don’t do SCorp and they would no refund my money and there was nothing they would do. Cons Horrible company charged for a yearly subscription I was not aware of and they will not refund you even though the day it hit my bank account I canceled they do not send you an email reminder they only send an in app notification and if you don't log in all the time you will not know. Pros Tailor Brands helped me receive my LLC for my company. Very helpful staff and reached out with any concerns I had. Cons Pricing could be improved. The products advertised as included are not included in the plans and this is what is making me start looking elsewhere for assistance. That's part of what I created my company so my customers would have the same feeling. I also created it to pass down to my daughter one day. Tailor Brands makes it all so easy and manageable. Owning a business is hard, they make it easier. Cons I did get cold feet and wanted to withdrawal my application and get a refund. I'm disabled and jumped in too hard too fast with my tax refund. However, because the application had already gone to the state I was unable to do so. Seems like a stop application could be sent to the state to stop that particular application. I would have saved so much money (literally thousands) if I would have used someone else. They don't even help like they claim they do, and you get hit with extra charges when they do "help". Pros It cost thousands more then it should have and for no reason at all. There's so many extra fees and charges that truly aren't needed at all. Cons I received 5 calls back to back at 8 p.m. and then again at 7 a.m. all to renew something I had already taken care of with someone else.
