Swift Skin & Wound is very easy to use and train others on. The fact that it guides you through all the appropriate assessment items is important. When re-evaluating a wound the ability to see previous image is a great feature and the ability to see the progression of the wound via the clock icon and scroll.

Pros

When using the helix sticker the intuitiveness of the program recognizes it and captures the wound outline. This allows a more precise picture of what the wound is instead of free hand tracing.

Cons

Nothing at this time. The features are great overall. Staff just need to remember to lock their assessment so it flows to the skin and wound tab in the database.

Overall great. The product team is very attentive to feedback and is always trying to improve the product

The ease and flexibility of the software plus that it's integrated with PCC

Cons

Some workflow concerns but most are related to training of end users
