Overall i have had a positive experience integrating this into my workplace without many issues. Once you understand the system more you can utilize more of the functions to ease workloads elsewhere.

Pros

ADP is simple to use once it is setup and running to your companies needs, you have many features you can use such as the timeclock and time off features. Being able to see paystubs, time off balances and schedules is amazing to have instead of contacting HR.

Cons

Setting up the program can be difficult to do but their support team does a great job in getting things in order.

we use it as an HR tool, to manage holidays, leave request, badge management and as a payroll repository. It is a solid tool, godd to do what it has made to do

Pros

It allow users to browse all their docs on a single platfrom, and allow to review entry/leave times quickly

Cons

the interface is quite old, and the software could get a bit more polished on the performance side

Pros

I like that the platform allow us to centralize and view all informations related the job, the payments, life events and the time of work. It's really nice to have it in a easy way. The platform is really focoused in security too.

Cons

The features could be improve, for example, for payments we only can have it in pdf, it would be great have it in excel. I think that the views could be more personalized by the user.
