Cons Need more support for small businesses. Would like a cloud platform to keep each employees file of papers, etc in that can be supported by HR assist. Once you understand the system more you can utilize more of the functions to ease workloads elsewhere. Pros ADP is simple to use once it is setup and running to your companies needs, you have many features you can use such as the timeclock and time off features. Being able to see paystubs, time off balances and schedules is amazing to have instead of contacting HR. This program keeps all of your payroll, HR management, benefits, and other important files all in one easy to use place that everyone can access no matter where they are or what time zone they are working from. Being able to collaborate with timekeepers from across the country on different processes is vital and an amazing part of this program. Cons The customer support can be a little tricky to get in touch with if you don't have a dedicated representative who knows your company and is there to assist. It's a little more expensive than we wish it was, but what do you expect when you get one of the best payroll companies in the business who has been around and proven themselves. I also used it to ensure that we were compliant on all critical issues. Pros I love that I can complete so many tasks in one place. There are so many rules and regulations when it comes to HR reporting and compliance and this software really helps keep you on track and organized. Cons It takes awhile to get use to the software and learn to navigate your way around but once you get use to everything it makes reporting so much easier. October 9, 2018 5.0 Pros ADP Assist (which I believe was ADP Workforce) helps with HR operations. It has a lot of information for an HR professional to assist with things such as FMLA, policies, keeping track of new hire paperwork, job descriptions. They have a feature called the HR Help Desk where you can ask for assistance with many HR related issues. This is a great feature because so many laws change and you want to have someone on your side in case you have an urgent question. Cons It does take a little learning to navigate ADP but once you do, its a wonderful tool! It's really nice to have it in a easy way. The platform is really focoused in security too. Cons The features could be improve, for example, for payments we only can have it in pdf, it would be great have it in excel. I think that the views could be more personalized by the user.
