Once you understand the system more you can utilize more of the functions to ease workloads elsewhere. Pros ADP is simple to use once it is setup and running to your companies needs, you have many features you can use such as the timeclock and time off features. Being able to see paystubs, time off balances and schedules is amazing to have instead of contacting HR. Cons Setting up the program can be difficult to do but their support team does a great job in getting things in order.
