There was phone support and no online chat support. I emailed their support and received and email back 2 days later basically confirming the lack of features I felt I was missing. They were not there. Pros The installation of the desktop version went smoothly and quickly. The user-interface was simple and pleasing. Cons It was lacking a lot of nice features, such as moving/reorganizing pages. You can only move one page at a time. Imaging having to move 20 pages from the end of a 300-page document to the front. I was not fond of the fact that when you edit a document, or merge/append a document, that is creates a new PDF document and automatically saves the new PDF as a file in the C:\\ILovePDF folder Reason for choosing iLovePDF The 4.7-star rating. I have no earthly idea how it got this rating. I am disappointed in the rating as I wasted my time. Also, the subscription price listed in Capterra was $9 per year. And the other tool I've been using a lot is the file converter, which works really well, it's free and does not have any restriction. Pros Most of the features are pros... It's so easy to use, just open a new tab and search for their website. There you can find absolutely all, edit PDF, merge/split PDF, file convertion, PDF signing, and many other tools that are so useful when working with PDFs and other files. They also provide a friendly interface so that everyone can use it and learn it in just a couple of minutes, and they are always improving the software, adding new tools and fixing bugs. Cons I can't say much about it's cons because there are not many. For everyday use is wornderfull, however people that work a lot with documents or spend days editing the same file, such as publishers and writers, may want to use Adobe acrobat with its premium features because it alows to save the document to continue working later and has more professional tools. Grazie ad iLovePdf ho risolto creando dei file più piccoli e meno pesanti. Oltre a questo uso questa applicazione perché non mi ha mai creato problemi. Pros Il pdf è diventato ormai uno standard riconosciuto internazionalmente ma è molto utile spesso modificarlo o crearlo. La cosa che mi ha colpito soprattutto di questo software è che senza scaricare nulla, volendo è possibile scaricarlo sul proprio computer, si ha a disposizione una suite di applicazioni che ti permette non solo di creare nuovi file pdf e convertirli in modo corretto ma anche di recuperare i pdf corrotti. Mi sono serviti spesso non tanto la creazione di pdf perché li converto con libreoffice ma la firma digitale e gli strumenti per modificare i file. Nello specifico la conversione di pdf in excell ed in jpg, la possibilità di aggiungere altri pdf come pagine e cambiare la numerazione delle stesse.
