Their readily available Customer Service has been by far THE BEST we've experienced. Some other benefits include video emailing capabilities, App access, & changeable user interface themes. Pros The ability to review website activity when a lead is actively looking on our website. Cons Immediate integration with other useful lead tools, although, I trust they will do everything they can to make this software fit their clients needs through time. Switched from [BoomTown](https://www.capterra.com/p/151892/BoomTown/) We didn't own our own information while using BoomTown CRM. Their customization was limited and they were becoming too expensive per month. The lead sourcing options didn't have a high ROI. CINC had all the bells and whistles, but the value proposition was not there. Contactually has an easy-to-use interface but was missing the nuances required for the real estate business. With iMax, it was a happy marriage between the two at a significantly more affordable price. We have to make hundreds of calls and the CRM's features allow us to do so painlessly. Pros What I like most about the CRM are the lead sorting options and mass text and email. Cons Sometimes, there are redundancies and inconsistencies from section to section.
