The system is very fast and efficient. Cons I did not like that when I wanted to export an individual document from Smartuse on the PC version, I had to go through a whole link process through my email. I really believe that the option to download the file straight from Smartuse to my desktop would be way more efficient. It often happened as well that I never received the download link to my email, and I had to reach out to costumer service.
