Pros I like the arrangement with drawings and access to different versions. easy access to folders and documents. Cons The software could be made more in line with Project management requirement such as a dashboard on status of the documents, workflow for RFI's , change orders and billings, A separate billings module to keep in line with billing processing. SmartUse allows us instant collaboration on plans and documents, including markups, direct from the field to the office. Pros SmartUse contains a host of features that allow our field personnel to carry plans, and other project documents into the field in digital version on phone or tablet. SmartUse has a similar feature set to PlanGrid, but a greatly reduced cost. Cons File upload and project setup can feel clunky or slow in comparison to products like PlanGrid, but this has slowly improved over the course of our user experience.
