We would regularly go over but not enough to purchase the next tier which was prohibitively expensive. It saves hours of work! Pros I love that I can schedule text messages, create campaigns for excellent customer service and follow up, & that I can schedule one message to go out to my entire client base to quickly and efficiently let them know about information pertinent to them. Cons I wish we could create customizable forms to collect data and information instead of having to reroute them to a Google form. I also wish when doing a keyword, there was a way to create an immediate response instead of having to wait a minute until the message reply goes through.
