Pros Skipio is a great way for us to communicate with customers via SMS. It is easy to use and has been a reliable program for us. It did not integrate to save messages into our database system which could be problematic. The costs for overages kept going up, but the next tier up was too big for our usage. Pros Being able to schedule texts to customers for reminders over the weekend, and at precise times. Cons There was no in-between cost for text packages. We would regularly go over but not enough to purchase the next tier which was prohibitively expensive. The initial draw was that there’s an integration with my back office software but when diving in deeper, it’s clear that it’s a powerful tool. Skipio works great when you have similar customer touch points that repeat on a schedule. It saves hours of work! Pros I love that I can schedule text messages, create campaigns for excellent customer service and follow up, & that I can schedule one message to go out to my entire client base to quickly and efficiently let them know about information pertinent to them. Cons I wish we could create customizable forms to collect data and information instead of having to reroute them to a Google form. Pros Skipio is awesome for making keeping in touch with clients so much easier! It is so great to be able to create custom automated messages that go to your clients rather than system generated messages. It gives a nice personal feel. When prospects come into the gym it's a great way to follow up with them and let them know they're important to you!
