It is a great way to communicate easily with customers.

Pros

Skipio is a great way for us to communicate with customers via SMS. It is easy to use and has been a reliable program for us.

Cons

The program does not interface with our POS system, so all contacts must be added manually. It would safe time if it integrated.

### "Great 3rd Party Tool - But Doesn't Easily Integrate"

Skipio was great for us as an add-on tool. It did not integrate to save messages into our database system which could be problematic. The costs for overages kept going up, but the next tier up was too big for our usage.

Pros

Being able to schedule texts to customers for reminders over the weekend, and at precise times.

Cons

There was no in-between cost for text packages. We would regularly go over but not enough to purchase the next tier which was prohibitively expensive.

They’ve been good to use and easy to implement for our team

Pros

It was easy to implement and is cheap to use. They have unlimited 1:1 texting which is a nice option

Cons

They don’t follow TCPA regulations, which opens you up to big law suits if anything has any sort of marketing related content

I liked using Skipio for automation in my business. The initial draw was that there’s an integration with my back office software but when diving in deeper, it’s clear that it’s a powerful tool. Skipio works great when you have similar customer touch points that repeat on a schedule.

Pros

I like the customization options available in the app.

Cons

It can be a little manual when setting up campaigns.

Cons

There are more affordable options. They do have packages available for different company sizes .

### "Communicating to the masses without losing the personal touch"

Biggest benefit of skipio is the time saved and the personal touch I have been able to create with my clients. It saves hours of work!

Pros

I love that I can schedule text messages, create campaigns for excellent customer service and follow up, & that I can schedule one message to go out to my entire client base to quickly and efficiently let them know about information pertinent to them.

Cons

I wish we could create customizable forms to collect data and information instead of having to reroute them to a Google form. I also wish when doing a keyword, there was a way to create an immediate response instead of having to wait a minute until the message reply goes through.

The business problem we are solving with Skipio is a lack of follow up with prospects coming to our gym and keeping them here.

Pros

Skipio is awesome for making keeping in touch with clients so much easier! It is so great to be able to create custom automated messages that go to your clients rather than system generated messages. It gives a nice personal feel. When prospects come into the gym it's a great way to follow up with them and let them know they're important to you!

Cons

We truly have no complaints, Skipio has made our business run so much smoother. We have seen a drastic improvement in gym attendance and responses.

Cons

Skipio's not having a direct integration with Salesforce is a serios missing point that we feel in our operations.
