Go to their facebook page. Try to find a form or email address or phone number or address to contact them. I think they are located in Portugal but not sure. When a company won't openly provide means to contact them ... watch out! **Pros:** I purchased a lifetime subscription when GitScrum was just starting out. I paid dearly for it. I thought that it would become useful in the future as my new business grew. Fast forward a few years and today, my lifetime subscription is not honored. I've reached out on their FaceBook page and I have contacted their support. The only response to why they want me to pay to maintain the lifetime subscription is a website page that explains nothing. Why won't they honor their lifetime commitment? Why won't they explain why they are asking for more money to maintain the lifetime membership/subscription? **Cons:** The company does not honor their commitments. The lifetime subscription that I paid dearly for when they were just starting and needed the cash infusion is not being honored today. Richard Q.
