You can easily see what status all projects have while simultaneously making simple adjustments to your own Cons There are too many little steps you have to take to make certain aspects happen that should be much easier. The lack of an auto refresh/immediate reflection of changes made by other users is a huge pain! Also, the ability to export a much more detailed csv/excel report would be ideal. Pros I love being able to manage a large number of projects from one dashboard, and discovering new features every time I login. There is a very active community on Facebook where you can ask any questions if stuck. Cons The UI is lacking but the GitScrun team are actively working on this. No mobile app but again GitScrum are working on it. Pros Easy to use. When I started working with this software, I created and maintained some of my projects in a practical way. Until I stopped using it. Cons I have my account hacked by someone who writes many things on my project's cards. I contact the owner but he declined to verify this, arguing that the software has no vulnerabilies. Cons There are some issues with the redirection with actual URL and target white labeled url, though seems they are working on this reported issue. They are still charging me. Cons They are not providing real support, they also not providing their support email. When I tried to reach out via live chat, I always getting that: Hey There! I cant use gitscrum with clients, because is too basic, just for internal use. Pros Ease for create projects and tasks. Ease for inviting members Cons Don't have Epics!! I need some way to classify US. Besides, I can't see all the tasks of the same team member in different projects in one single place, i have to go project by project. That feature would be very useful. Reason for choosing GitScrum I didnt, I kept the other two for.more complex needs. Only use Gitscrum for basic internal use. Given the missing points above not yet fully usable Pros The possibility to adapt it to own usage. The "Lane" view of tasks Cons That it is not possible to create "Sub"-projects assigned to specifics members only and that Sub projects are not autoamtically "merged" in one Mother Project. It would make much sense to have all sub projects (like in a tree view) collected in one mother project. Otherwise subprojects are very difficult to organize and control. Also it should be possible to easily assign certain users to only subprojects. Mobile friendly webpage is missing. There is imho no need for an app itself but there should be a working mobile version of the website. Also on some browsers (e.g. IE or some brosers as safari on tablets etc.) the siplay is not correctly showing, as in the overall board no tasks/lanes are showing. I still have to try and get the white labeled solution deployed and move it to a more wide scale to my company. Pros Time tracking per task is super simple. and managing tasks and overall workflow is pretty simple. Cons Had difficulty in understanding the movement process of tasks from sidebar and a few times mistakenly moved tasks to different projects. Pros the While label is powerful, so you can put your logo/brand in many spots so your clients will be impressed! The software is much more useful than competitors like Trello, as it has more features. And the best thing: it is very simple to use, unlike JIRA. the gamification part is awesome and really makes working a bit more fun. the current gamification game feels like pac-man, but soon will be fortnite :) Cons there could be more features, but the software is very very new and it has released many features. i hope they keep coming.
