Excelente! La mejor herramienta para hacer encuestas por teléfono.

Pros

La simplicidad y el manejo de la herramienta para hacer llamadas, y a la vez recabar la información en tiempo real. Sin lugar a duda la herramienta más amigable del mercado que he encontrado sin utilizar código.

Cons

Creo que falta mejorar la integración con WhastsApp y aumentar el potencial de mensajes SMS para poder hacer encuestas, mandar publicidad y otros usos que tienen herramientas como Twillio. El modelo ideal sería tener WhatsApp y SMS como landbot.io integrado a Voximplant kit.

Desde el arranque de la pandemia, nuestro servicio de telefonía tenía un resago tecnológico. Con Voximplant, hemos podido conectar nuestra herramienta colaborativa con la telefonía. Nos ayudaron a recuperar el servicio como lo conociamos y le dimos un plus.

Pros

La implementación de mi solución fue muy fácil, el equipo de soporte de Voximplant es muy atento y nos ayuda en llevar a cabo nuestras solicitudes, nos orienta para obtener el mejor rendimiento de la plataforma y podemos llevar nuestros requerimientos más alto de como lo habíamos pensado.

Cons

Con relación a otros proveedores, el servicio de soporte tiene un costo un poco alto (aunque vale la pena), me parece que pueden existir planes más económicos que puedan estar entre el plan free y el basic.
