I have used this for several years and it is very simple and easy to use. The program does exactly what I need for my library system.

Pros

Pinpoint is a great system. It is very easy to use and I like the summaries provided and also that of the comments section so you can easily see where you are in the process of an applicant.

Cons

None to date, as noted above it is very easy to use and is user friendly!
