When I told them I wanted my money back they did not respond and would not refund my money after several requests. I would advise avoiding this company. Pros IT DID NOT WORK - The software did not import products correctly into Shopify, it did not import orders correctly into my POS and it did not update quantities from my POS. Basically it did not do any of the things it was supposed to do. Cons THEY SOLD ME SOFTWARE THAT WAS NOT EVEN DEVELOPED YET AND THEN IT DID NOT WORK.
