It's a great software tool and honestly my favourite tool for facilities management. It is an energetic forward looking company with great support, responding perfectly to the changing needs of IT and Facilities management.

Pros

The software is so easy to use and well build, integrating seamlessly with important software as Microsoft 365 and Google Gsuite. The team is flexible, proactive and forward looking and respond quickly to wishes and requests.

Cons

There is not much to dislike. It is a start-up so sometimes there would be a wish that is not yet available in the software. But once the team is notified about it they will prioritize development to meet your wishes. It is honestly a superb tool and team to work with.
