HR Business Partner Utilities Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Excellent Recruitment & Selection Tool" October 16, 2018 4.0 This is my first experience of using an online recruitment tool and I have to say I have been really impressed with the functionality and customer experience. Pros The tool is extremely easy to use and the functionality is really good. I like the fact that you can move candidates through the process from application to hire. Cons The email templates were not what I would call "professional". However when I raised this issue with Pinpoint, they have worked hard to allow users to build their own templates. The applicants CV comes straight to us, no delays being held up by HR and we can arrange interviews there and then. I have to say the instant chat function is a brilliant feature, any issues and they are answered straight away. Thanks Pinpoint! Pros What can I say!? This has changed the way we recruit. We used to get very few CV's and now it's trebled and we have so many applicantS to choose from. The fact that anyone linked to a job can rate the person and at the end we can rank them is great. Pros I love the ease of use of this software. It is so easy to rate applications and re review people. We have just started using this software and I found it to be really good. Cons No cons. I have found nothing yet that i think to be a con.
