Again, so far it's been good experience. I am glad I chose the Able2 Extract Pro and no other products. I also am happy with the Customer Service and tech support communication.

Pros

Able2 Extract program is a very easy to use program and very user friendly. I have been using this program since 2016 and have upgraded three times since then I am on version 21.

Cons

I have not had any issue with the latest version. But I have not used it much since I downloaded the new version. I still need to study other uses. I would like to learn the conversion from pdf into word I seem to have difficulty

I didn’t realize it was so versatile. Easy to use from the start

Opening my CAD program after converting a file. It opened a second window and it was hard working between the two different windows.

V19 has been very useful and I was looking forward to getting an even better experience (as promised) by upgrading to V21. V21 so far a huge disappointment - submitted a complaint to customer service and after 2 days I've not re3ceived a response

Pros

V19 - clear attractive user interface, used mainly to convers .pdf to excel - easy and minimal editing required. Upgrade to V21 - So far nothing to like.

Cons

V21- very inaccurate conversion to .docx from scanned pdf files compared to V19. User interface looks very "old" compared to V19. V21 crashed when attempting to change OCR settings

Pros

Of all the pdf converters i tried this was the most accurate with the least amount of having to move things around on excels spread sheet.

Cons

I just bought the new version 21. I have been very happy with 20. I paid for it downloaded it and started it up only to find it was still on version 20. Now getting someone with the tech company seems nearly impossible. I would really love it if someone would reach out and help to get this new version started

I have been using it since version 17 and upgraded to version 20. Overall, I like it, but it still lacks one feature, which is useful and essential for document management.

Pros

The conversion and combining of files. I especially need to convert to AutoCAD since I am working in AEC.

Cons

I would love if Able2Extract Pro 20 had the bookmark edit function. I usually combine some PDFs and have to edit the bookmarks to make them in order.

I wish I could use my new version but since the customer support wont respond I can not use my new product and not the old as my license died with my old hard drive.

Pros

The product is great and I have used it in previous version for years. It comes in handy when someone lost the original file and you can just create a version that can be edited from a PDF.

Cons

If you hope for customer service...good luck as I have tried contacting them several times and never get a response
