"Upgrade to 21 a disappointment"

**Overall:** V19 has been very useful and I was looking forward to getting an even better experience (as promised) by upgrading to V21. V21 so far a huge disappointment - submitted a complaint to customer service and after 2 days I've not re3ceived a response

**Pros:** V19 - clear attractive user interface, used mainly to convers .pdf to excel - easy and minimal editing required. Upgrade to V21 - So far nothing to like.

**Cons:** V21- very inaccurate conversion to .docx from scanned pdf files compared to V19. User interface looks very "old" compared to V19. V21 crashed when attempting to change OCR settings

"Bad"

**Overall:** bad

**Pros:** I liked the old team better, looks like the company was bought out by a new company.

**Cons:** The new team couldn't create a template for me, whereas the old team did. I would not recommend to buy this software.
