V21 so far a huge disappointment - submitted a complaint to customer service and after 2 days I've not re3ceived a response **Pros:** V19 - clear attractive user interface, used mainly to convers .pdf to excel - easy and minimal editing required. Upgrade to V21 - So far nothing to like. **Cons:** V21- very inaccurate conversion to .docx from scanned pdf files compared to V19. User interface looks very "old" compared to V19. V21 crashed when attempting to change OCR settings Sven B.
