We used the product for complying with DFARS and NIST 800-171... It helped the team take a project with significant complexity and chunk it up into small bites. Additionally, the platform provided simplified insight into the sometime confusing topics and wording. In the cases where we still needed additional clarification or had questions... the team at CyberSaint supported and provided guidance. Great overall product but it does take time and commitment to get the setup and running.

Pros

\-Ease of use. -The break down and simplification of complicated topics. -Supplemental guidance that provides topics in lay terms. -Reporting metrics and data aggregation. -Compliance reports (SSP, POAM, etc..)

Cons

My only request is it would be helpful to have some type of local storage for saving artifacts.

Simple implementation of the NIST CSF

Pros

Saves a lot of time. Easier to use than spreadsheets. Visuals are nice for executives. AI recommendations seem pretty spot on. Some clients have really appreciated the embedded sample IT and security policies.

Cons

The two factor authentication takes longer to log in, but I guess it's necessary for the extra security.
