It does everything you want it to do. Pros I am easily able to check my PTO balance, approve time sheets and more. The product is easy to use, intuitive and helps me coordinate my business hours with my supervisor and HR easily and effectively. Cons I wish TreeRing would capture when PTO hours are added to my account, opposed to me going in and checking periodically. Also, when hours are added, I am not sure how many are added.
