After 10 min waiting on helpline they disconnect you and promise to call you back with they don't. There is no helpful tutorials, manuals available on their website, just marketing. Remote work would be very difficult. Thanks to Autenti, I can work 100% remotely, without worrying that documents will get lost, e.g. at the courier, post office or in the office, passing them from hand to hand. Pros At Autenti, I like the possibility of teamwork - on documents. Create a shared address book. The speed of signatures – whether between my company and clients or within the company – works very well. Autenti provides a lot of valuable instructions on how to do something. Cons Some instructions are written in too technical language, not everyone can understand them, e.g. when validating documents, if the signature is in red. The interface for loading the agreement and selecting signers could be compact - focusing on the signers rather than the attachments to the document. The current view bothers me. Archiving older documents that haven't been closed (haven't been signed to the end) - help with tidying up, e.g. once a quarter - would be great. Reason for choosing Autenti Autenti was our first.
