Pros

The amount of customization and options available when creating client proposals.

Cons

Sometimes it glitches within the proposal, and some of the features are complicated to get used to.

I am a one-woman band, and I wondered if Ularas would be worth it for me, being such a small business. I am so pleased I bought Ularas! I've only had it a year and it really has made proposals and management so much easier. I still have more to learn - I plan in the off season to learn how to do more with it, but I just wanted to say how impressed I've been - it's saved me tons of time and kept things so nicely organized! Thank you!

Pros

Ularas has saved me a lot of time, organized my proposal process, and made my proposals much more professional. It was easy to get started and get going.

Cons

I have no cons to report - I found the customer support helpful with all my questions.

My overall experience has been wonderful, I can’t imgaine running my business without it!

Pros

Curate is a great product, I originally signed up when it was stem counter. The functionality has greatly improved since I first joined and the customer service is really truly one of the best I have experienced as far as support goes.

Cons

It’s a blessing and a curse that it does so much!! Haha, I feel like I am only using 1/2 of it sometimes! But that’s on me :).

Individual pricing per stem in arrangements is a confidence booster and knowing my proposals are clean and professional when delivered to the end client.

Pros

The client support has been fabulous and super responsive whenever I've had a crisis question or needed clarification.

Cons

It's a bit complicated and I'm not sure I'd say the last few upgrades have been intuitive. If there's been an offseason and I have not used the software, it's a huge learning curve to catch up to the updates. Again, the intuitiveness of the software is lacking and needs improvement.

Cons

When things are updated and there is a new version, I often don't have the time to read the updates.

### "A great product for florists!"

Being able to order for multiple events is a huge help. I had gone with Curate for that reason but then the​ cost went up. Bloomtrac includes all of the features in one price and as new features are added, the price stays the same.

Pros

I have tried a number of different software and at first Bloomtrac seemed intimidating. There is a learning​ curve with all of these products but \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was incredibly responsive and helped me get up and running as quickly as possible. When I left Curate, I knew​ I would have to rewrite all of my proposals in Bloomtrac. What I hadn't anticipated-and hadn't been informed of, was that the proposals I had emailed to clients and to myself would disappear. Fortunately I had printed everything . One​ of the many things I love about Bloomtrac is the ability to truly customize the look of my proposals. This hadn't been possible with Curate.

Cons

I am a slow learner when it comes to technology and there is a lot to learn here- with new features on the horizon as well. Looking forward to being​ able to take the time now that wedding season is slowing down to really get a grasp on all that this software has to offer.

We find ourselves using Curate more and more. I really hope someday they create a point of sales system for daily flower shops so that we can fully integrate all of our business functions under one umbrella!

Pros

Curate will help transform how you do business as a wedding and event florist. You will look at costs and considerations like never before and really start to understand what makes your business tick. Best investment ever!

Cons

Honestly cannot think of a thing. If anything, I would love to see the program expand to encompass point of sales features.

Saves time creating proposals and ordering flowers.

Pros

I love the approvals, contracts and ordering. It is easy to set up and creating lovely detailed proposals is a breeze.

Cons

I wish more progress or updates had been made with payments in Canada. I gave value for money a low rating based on this as I am in Canada and not able to take payments. I also wish there was more function and information on the accounting side. If there was an integration with quickbooks online that would be amazing.

It is a major time saver

Pros

I love how easy it is to compile a proposal and to insert photos of the desired products. It comes over as very professional. The main thing is it save so much time so you have opportunities to get more events!

Cons

Fonts, Creating sections for instance: Personal flowers, Ceremony flowers, Reception Flowers, Services. make some words in bold or cursive

TIMESAVER!!!!!!! and helped get me organized....

Pros

Makes ordering and designing a piece of cake...no more 5 hour quotes...simple easy to navigate around in and the support and team are so helpful!

Cons

Not up-to-date pricing on some things...duplicate items that show up as duplicate or as another line item...at times confusing when ordering from the shopping list.

"Hi Dawn! So happy to hear that you love Stemcounter! The prices we include in the Mayesh library are more of a suggestion to help get you started. And once an item is copied to a florist's personal library we cannot edit it. We always recommend that florists update their own library with the most recent prices from their wholesaler for the most accurate pricing. Also, once you've added an item to your library you should be sure to select the item with the book icon next to it instead of the one with the Mayesh symbol to avoid duplicates. If you see you have a duplicate in your library, you can delete by clicking on the library tab. We also highly recommend using the order tab feature to send your orders to your wholesaler. It's an incredible time saving feature we have that makes the process a lot easier.

Pros

1\. Ease of creating and changing arrangements 2. Ability to add my own rental items 3. Professional looking proposal 4. Streamlined experience so that any of my employees can learn as input data and create the same proposal (that does the work for you) 5. It's always being updated with new features 6. Populating the flower order, the estimated cost and the excess....that's worth every penny by itself

I would recommend this to EVERYONE! So so happy I found this for my sanity!!!

Pros

The organization of everything! I used to handwrite recipes, messy math everywhere and constant mistakes. It's so easy to know what your profit is. Easy to write recipes and keep everything organized. Also love that it syncs to my calendar!

Cons

That you can't drag photos around from line item to line item. I wish the image board at the top was more custom with design.

I love stemcounter!! It cuts the time I usually spend on a proposal in half and it lets me update everything so quickly .

Pros

I like how it the software and style of the proposal keeps getting more eye pleasing because I feel like what the proposal looks like matters to a bride. I also like how it does all of the math, the video tutorials, how each week I feel like there is a new feature that makes proposal faster. I love everything about it!

Cons

I wish it had a function where it would tell you how much your profit is for each wedding. So total before tax minus flowers and hardgoods and then it would show the user the profit.

Cons

Curate library pictures cam have more variety , especially for tropical and varieties, colors . I had to import a lot from my own supplier website from Hollande .

I buy + construct my recipes based off the current price of an item, and it is not easy to change that within an event without manually changing the same product in each recipe.

Pros

This is the best decision I have ever made for my business. It is easy to use and the customer has been great. I would recommend giving it a try.

Cant think of anything that I dont like about the system. It is user friendly and my Brides love that they can pay via the quote.

It has always been a struggle with time management being a small business owner in the fast paced floral design industry. Getting back to brides in a timely manner was always a struggle, now I can actually deliver a quote on the spot which means more bookings.

Pros

I love the professional look and the ease of using this program. The continued additions and updates to the program are also greatly appreciated.

Cons

This is going to sound crazy but the thing I like least is the fact that my POS system comes with a proposal system that I have been trying to use, but I keep going back to Curate to get the ease and look I want on my proposals.

Really enjoy using this program. By putting in the stems when you write up the quote it lets you know how much an item really costs. No more under quoting yourself. It also helps when you go to order the flowers because you just generate a shopping list. The program is constantly evolving with suggestions from florist who use it. Great tech support.
