During this switch, our staff of designers (not the most computer saavy) has received top level support from Ryan. Every single issue on our side and theirs has been remedied quickly and effectively. He's even been open to suggestions on how to improve the program. That't not all! We've been using the program during our consultations and it has taken the guesswork out of pricing and ordering. We're expecting less wasted time & product (which means more profit) when we are 100% switched. Who wouldn't love that? Pros \-Amazing tech support -Amalgamation of flowers through multiple events to prevent over-ordering -Easy to follow recipes -Individual rental and hard goods lists for each couple Cons Some bugs, all of which have been attended to. A bride will often go with the florist that makes here feel more confident that she will get what she dreams of, and Curate helps with that. Pros What I like most about this sofware is how fast I can get a proposal to my guests. It makes pricing easy, fast, and consitant. I love that my bride can see the flowers I have choosen to use and approve everying on their own time with a computer or their mobile device. Cons I do not have much that I don't like about curate. They offer several educational tutorials from the industry as well. So helpful to stay on top of the trends and to more efficiently run my business. Pros This program has saved my life as a wedding florist! Not only is it easy to use, but they get what I do and what I need. The customer service is beyond compare. December 13, 2016 5.0 Stemcounter is EXACTLY what I have been looking for, for so many years! I have been a wedding florist for 13 years and I believe we are an under-served community. Not anymore! Ryan and the folks at Stemcounter have finally delivered a product, literally made to fit all our needs as a wedding floral professional. I love the ease and features of Stemcounter, but most of all, I love the customer service! I have had many questions about how to best use this software and Ryan and his crew always get back to me right away, and most of the time within a few minutes of my query! You can tell they truly care about making the best, most helpful product out there for florists. I am so happy to have a great product like this!! My on boarding sessions were terrific and so from week to week I would gather my questions to discuss with my on boarding professional so the time was always well spent. The availability for help through the live chat has been outstanding! Pros The integration of information from proposal to flower order. It's a real game changer as far as calculating orders, profit margins, design fees, etc. The proposal product is attractive and easy to read. Cons The cost for a one-person floral studio makes it almost out of reach. I've decided to invest in the software for one year to see if I can make up for the cost in a savings of time and product waste. The software itself is SO very helpful for even a small floral designer such as myself so I wish it were more financially accessible for other small vendors like me. I mean I still drank the same amount, buuut I didn't neeeeed it Pros I love the ease of use, contract integration and recipe sections. Saving recipes, exact stem counts, price integration with Mayesh....guys. If you work in the floral industry, you NEED this software. If you need help there is live customer support. It is real true support. They're very personable and kind. They know the industry; they're immersed in it, and they clearly love it. Wanted to quickly add that you actually can upload photos of recipes (whether that's a photo of a mock up you did or an inspiration piece from Pinterest), and add your own photos to your flowers, hardgoods, and rentals, and then pull that into the proposal too. You can even use the Mayesh floral photo library to help you get started with the photos of individual flowers. :) SN Sarah N. Pros The time and stress that this software has saved me in putting together proposals for clients are priceless! It has helped me give timely quotes to my potential brides now that I have my pricing in a organized system. I am writing my proposals with more confidence and seeing better results. When ever I have a question I just type it in and Ryan gets back to me with in a few hours at the most, sometimes within minutes. (The only exception to his fast response I have seen is when we should all be asleep). On going support is excellent. Time saving, money saving enabling me to spend more time on other areas of my business. Pros The software ensures that all costs are included so you have a clear overview of your profit margins. The shpping list facilty is such a great time saver as I can email this directly to my suppliers. It also makes you aware of any leftover stock which enables me to adjust my shop orders to reduce waste. The software looks best on a mobile device but in all forms looks professional. Cons It takes a while to get your images and designs built into the software. February 1, 2018 5.0 Saves me a lot of time with formatting and entering information. It also does a lot of the math for me so there are no mistakes. It helps make sure that I'm not underbidding my designs. Pros So many! My business partner and I have been looking for a year for a software like this... About 6 months ago, we found StemCounter but it still didn't do all that we needed. In just 6 short months, they've got everything we were looking for and then some! Another thing I really REALLY like, is that you don't have to wait a week for a response; the feedback is almost immediate so questions are answered promptly. September 26, 2016 5.0 As a relative newcomer to the wedding and event floral industry, I have been tearing my hair out over spreadsheets, quantities, pricing, and consolidating orders and have made a couple costly errors. Stemcounter has changed all that! An e mail from Florist Review appeared in my in box recently, inviting me to a free trial of Stemcounter. The rest is history! I am now creating beautifully formatted proposals with photos and myriad of great features. My brides are especially impressed with the live link feature, which allows them to view the proposal as a webpage and sign it right there. Mark up, recipes, order sheets, payments, it's all there! Thanks to stem counter, I can spend more time doing what I love and less time looking at numbers. Ryan O'Neil is quick to answer questions and has helped me become an effective Stemcounter user. July 19, 2016 5.0 I truly love the ease and the recipe calculation. It is great since I just have one location for all of my quotes and I can track them there as well. Pros All my quotes are in one spot. The customer service is always on top of it and love working with Ryan. I like that it does all of the calculations for me. Cons I have to input several different flowers and greenery. There is certain glitches at times with adding arrangements, payments, etc. It would be nice if it would connect to Square so they can be invoiced as well as sign their contract through the software.
