Pros

It's super easy to use. I spend less time calculating costs of my business making it easier to complete proposals. I like the ability to save recipes so we're not recreating the wheel again and again.Every day I am still finding functions within this software that is saving me time and money.

Cons

Takes time to get to grips with the software but once you do there are no cons.Being able to upload a list of our inventory would be super efficient because it wasters a lot of time.

I love Curate and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Pros

There are so many things I love: 1. Curate allows me to give clients a professional proposal 2. It helps me keep track of each event and not get my clients mixed up! 3. If I need to change things for a client - it is easy!

Cons

It's a little hard to manage my library of flowers and remember which ones I like to use. Maybe I just don't know how to manage this correctly.

We are a new retail store and juggle quite a bit during the course of the day, and Curate has allowed us to get the wedding arm of the business down to a system. It's intuitive and easy to learn, and the customer support is always top-notch.

Pros

Curate helps me keep a close eye on material costs and helps me determine areas I'm overspending. It's completely revolutionized the way I place orders and has saved me hundreds in the first three months alone. I work with clients and hand over the proposal to our florist, and the recipe builder and templates makes the transition seamless.

Cons

I wish the client interface was a bit more polished. I know I'm able to upgrade to a more image-heavy format, I haven't determined yet if it's worth it for my business.

We do over 250 weddings a year. I was using a spreadsheet through EXCEL to give my clients a proposal. My proposals used to take hours per proposal which would put me behind by weeks or even months. I needed a program to help streamline my workload. I found Stemcounter and I'm in LOVE. A few favorite things about stemcounter - it's web based and I can access ALL my orders from anywhere. Also, with a hit of a button, my flower order is generated in a second. No flowers or supplies will ever be missed again. When i send a proposal out to my client, I get nothing but great reviews on the style and format. It's above and beyond any other proposals within my area. I have a feeling we will be turning a HUGE profit in 2017. Thank you!

Ryan is always super helpful and fast with responses! I feel more organized sending my brides a quote with this program. It also looks professional.

Pros

I can attach pictures to the descriptions!

Cons

I wish the proposals looked a little more up to date, placement of the logo, email, etc. or it would be nice if we could format it ourselves.

We hope you've had a chance to check out some of the features that we released in the last few days to make your proposals even more customizable! As we begin to release more features, it will start to fill in. :) The software is responsive so even if your brides are viewing a proposal on their phone, it will optimize to look great their screen. This is probably the biggest challenge that we have...how do we allow the software to do it's magic for tablets, phones, or desktop and still be able to let florists manually move design elements around? As we move forward, I promise this will be something we'll continue to look at!

I love the software, it makes ordering a breeze, and I love how fast I can put together a proposal. I do not like how every time you leave or make an edit it automatically saves it as a draft- I sometimes make a mistake and have to reopen it, and if I miss a flower type or word, it considered it a new draft and I didn't really make any changes. I wish there was a spot for ceremony and reception times instead of me having to put it in the notes section.

Hey Kait! We love having you on the software! I'd love to chat with you about some of the issues you're facing. The only time a new version is created is when you decide to. The draft does automatically save to make sure you don't lose any of your work. :) That's why it's so quick! On the ceremony and reception time slots, you can add those in your "event details" section. We have florists from A-Z (Australia to Zimbabwe) with a wide variety of what information they want included so the event details section allows you to add any and all details to how your specific company works!

It isn't totally up to date on everything. It takes a while to enter all your prices and pictures for each item.

Pros

The co-owner will tell you you can do month to month while on the phone. But, once you sign there is no trial (most other real companies have trials). They lock you in to 12 month contract. So, buyer beware there are other better programs that give you a trial period Curate does not. They do not answer there phones or return message for new clients with in a timely manner a or at all sometimes. They have a "customer success" line that no one answers.

Cons

There is no customer support after you sign. The sales leads program is confusing and not intuitive for active catering sales.

Saves so much time and helps to keep things organized!

Pros

Intuitive, user friendly and saves so much time! Fantastic customer service too! Love saving the recipes, shopping lists and ability to streamline my business.

Cons

The only con is my lack of time to get into the product and learn how to use all that it offers. It's a wonderful system and there is nothing negative I could say about it!

it cuts back my time when writing recipes, ordering and proposals. It is great for presentation to the client overall.

Pros

I love the concise compact all in one place works of this software. The design board option is excellent.

Cons

I'd like to be able to sync my Quickbooks to this software. I am still having trouble with the recipe feature but I think that's me just not having enough time to work through it all atm.

Ularas saves me from over ordering which has been a problem. I like the way it also spends directly to wholesalers for what I need.

Pros

I love the ordering and recipe features. It really helps me stay on track with budgets for an event!

Cons

I wish it could do a little more with customer management. Maybe auto responders or reminders for clients.

Organization, keep costs down

Pros

Recipe builder and the ease of communicating with the client. The recipe builder keeps me from ordering too much product and then I am able to keep my overhead down. The communication is key--we have gone back to this SO many times, stating "you signed off on it" or "check each line closely"

Stemcounter has been fairly easy to use, but sometimes takes me out of my proposal when I'm in the middle of working on it. I'm still not convinced that it's worth the amount of money I'm paying when I had a free program through wedding wire.

I do and don't like the draft format, sometimes I make a small mistake and I need to go In and fix it but it makes a new draft. That's the only downfall. I wish you could manually make it a new draft, and not automatically have a new draft every time you make a change.
