In my business, I have a fleet of rental items that is requiring much loading of info on the front end but I am steadily making progress in getting all of those items added. That's the only reason for the 4 stars on Ease of Use - that's been time consuming. But Stemcounter has been exceptionally responsive to all of my questions and that is so appreciated! I've been with the company for a while and you've done a great job in updating the software, making it easier on us. The customer support is a also a tremendous plus. Any question or concern I've had has been addressed and it a very timely manner. It's also great to have a company listen to the customers feedback and suggestions on what might be great to be added. Pros This software gives me the ability to quickly develop a proposal, even when I'm in the middle of a consultation with a client.
