Weave and the team at Weave are hands down the best at what they do \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is so knowledgeable and amazing to work with. He is truly there to help the institution and explain the process of assessment.

Pros

The support that comes with Weave from webinars on demand to 1 on 1 meetings is amazing. Weave helps an institution to work through accreditation and assessment in a thoughtful process. I love that how to use the product is in the hands of Weave trainers and not individuals at the institution. The return on investment is high.

Cons

The accreditation is very nice. The assessment should guide individuals more.

Like I said they are a good company but it just ended up not being a great fit for us. Would go back if the price was right and if they were willing to include more in their basic level service.

Pros

Their customer service was good and it was ver user friendly. They have a lot of how tos and tips on how to use the software.

Cons

They were a great company and the only reason we left is because we needed certain features and while they offered them, it always seemed like an add on and it just to the point we couldn’t afford to use them.

Price and features where the main reason but I think some of it was not feeling as though they were forcing us to make a decision right then. You don’t have it listed. We switched from solution reach. Matter of fact none of the name you have in your drop down are relevant to this question for us.

### "Good Communication Tool for a Small Business"

Overall Weave is a great tool for client communication. It is easy to operate, easy to customize and easy to implement.

Pros

Weave is a super helpful tool for communicating with our clients. We like the ability to see all of our communication history with them in their client profile and the fact that with the automation into our practice's system, we always know who we are about to talk with. Being able to listen to call recordings for quality assurance is also a big plus for us. Another area I feel Weave does a great job with is the admin portal. We are able to create our own phone trees, call groups, recordings and much more and we do not have to submit our changes and wait for them to be applied. It happens instantly and goes with the ebb and flow of the business.

Cons

The biggest issue we have with Weave is the random service interruptions that will occur when their systems go down. It is not super frequent, but it does happen and it really impacts our business during the outages.

### "Amazing Experience from Start to Finish"

My overall experience with weave has been very positive. From the initial selling point to the cancellation (unfortunately).

Pros

I like weave because of their user-friendly software. I appreciate the fact you can use weave on mobile devices, as well as on the desktop.

Cons

I wish that there were a few other features that were able to sync with our dental software, Dentrix.

I find it very helpful when people call and their name pop up on my screen. It just help me identify people as I pick up the call.

Pros

Easy to use. Help communicate with client/patient effectively. Can look up client or patient by just enter their phone numbers.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a min or slow to for people message to go through. It is not a problem at all. It's good.

### "Very helpful tool for assessment data management!"

We purchased WEAVE Accreditation and Assessment to manage our assessment data and reporting over time. It's critical to see trends and track changes and improvement longitudinally. We are also benefiting from the opportunity to build our strategic plans and program reviews as assessment projects.

Pros

Data analysis and reporting are collected on a single page for each assessment project. I particularly like the dashboard feature which allows the administrator to see progress across all assessment projects. A great reporting feature is the option to save as a table rather than a narrative. Another useful feature is the faculty credentialing module. Using CIP codes, you can connect faculty degrees and other credentials with content in assigned courses.

Cons

Like most assessment software, the system is built on a particular philosophy of assessment. This may require that you rethink approaches to assessment as you build your plans into the system. I also wish that artifacts could be attached to particular measures rather than to the assessment project as a whole.

### "Great Organizational Tool"

I love the Weave organization and have had a wonderful experience with the staff of the company. Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help when you need it.

Pros

I love the ease of storing documentation and of using the action items list as a project to-do list. It is much easier to use than WEAVEOnline was a more straight forward.

Cons

I wish you could link documents into the appropriate element area of the assessment report instead of just having a large dumping ground for them. You also cannot reorder the attachments to a report. These are the two issue that make this inconvenient.
