This is what draws us back the most. It's only possible to compare up to 10 newsletters (I should be able to include more in the report if I'd need to) or to include KPI that are missing in the export tool, such as CTR or CTOR. The individual newsletter reports are very complete though, however I've spent afternoons gathering KPI from individual newsletters into a report > If you use too many dynamic boxes in one newsletter, it takes so long to save you may want to go for a coffee break > My IP address changes from time to time when working remotely, for security reasons. Pros Really liked how easy it was to use the product to create great email templates. With basic HTML knowledge there is a lot that could be done. The summary of the emails sent is also very useful. Cons WYSIWYG option has limited functionality and if the user does not know HTML then it is difficult to build complex email templates.
