Pros: Simple, easy to use interface. Does what it is intended to do. Easy registration processes, great transactional history. Excellent store locator. Flexible design ability

Cons: Limited loyalty functionality. Difficult to get bespoke requirements onto a development roadmap. Reporting functionality is limited

Overall: Great start towards a loyalty offering , with excellent channel mechanics to assist with that process and the reward outcomes
