Pros: The great overview of my business and the easyness to get stared. It took me 10 minutes to get my business up and running on Bikedesk and the workshop system is spot on for my bike shop.

Cons: It was not a very known system when i started using it, so it felt a little like a risk but it surprised me how easy it was to talk to them and the support from the team was great.

Overall: The automatic service reminders have helped me get more loyal customers, who come back to have their bikes serviced after the initial sale. In general, the overview of repair tickets etc. have helped save a lot of time.

BikeDesk offers me a complete, POS/Workshop/Inventory system. Intuitive, simple and customisable

Pros: I enjoy how BikeDesk takes the paperwork out of my store, as well as communication between sales and workshop staff being seamless.
Customer contact is great too, it adds value to the service and allows my existing customers to be contacted simply and easily.

Cons: I have run into no issues so far. I am the first user in the UK and all language and communications changes have been implemented.
