Pros We use Kanban to create tasks for our freelancers, it is very helpful with time and expense tracking as our clients pay us per hour. Since I study and work, this tool also helps me organize my day to day activities by relying on time tracking feature from within WP. July 8, 2021 5.0 The best plugin so far when it comes to assigning tasks and team management on WordPress. I think I need to explore more because this plugin has more to give. Pros Installing this plugin is the simplest thing ever. It works perfectly and very fast on both mobile and multi-site. It also comes along with excellent sales tracking and project management. Kanban for WordPress also makes easy to set up and also helps in managing your team. Cons They only need to improve the design small which to me its isn't a problem at all. Aside this small that its a perfect plugin I will always recommended to every developer. April 3, 2019 4.0 It's refreshing to see a self-hosted kanban board application. This could be useful in some situations but I currently don't have any use cases where Kanban for WordPress would be the best option for me. Pros It's self-hosted. You can install it on your WordPress site and have full control over the software. It's free. You can download Kanban for WordPress and use it for free. It is intuitively designed and comes with pre-installed templates to get you started quickly. Pros Installation and setup is very easy. Even if you have a lot of tasks, it will work very fast. Works on mobile and on multi-site. The best tool for project management and sales tracking. It's also mobile friendly so your teammates can create, update, and mark tasks complete using only their smartphone or tablet. Cons It has a free version and a premium add on version is a little expensive considering this price is just for a add on but on the other hand what it has to offer is totally worth the money. Pros In addition to extending the Kanban functionality, they also provide you with a free WordPress plugin that lets you manage everything from one place. It is fairly secured and the data from server (WP) is not mixed with Kanban content. Cons We understand that it is a security measure, but it would be pretty good if there was a shortcode available for customizing the content for custom WP dashboards.
