Pros: It dramatically shortens the life-cycle of selling or repair because the customer get a real-time video of the problem. They usually move forward with the repair or work much quicker.

Cons: The wearable devices need to be expanded to include much more selection. The video glasses must be more "user friendly" and "ergonomic." Need give the feeling and sense of not even being there.

Overall: Increased Service Revenue and a trust with the customer due to the transparency of video.

The team is great to work with.

Pros: When you have a issue and let the support team know about they get right on to solving your issues. Fast response and extremely friendly. They always are available.

Cons: We as a team would like to use the app to upload pictures. Our service technicians could upload pictures past jobs then.
