"Revolutionizing how we interact with the customer in a transparent way."
Overall: Increased Service Revenue and a trust with the customer due to the transparency of video.
Pros: It dramatically shortens the life-cycle of selling or repair because the customer get a real-time video of the problem. They usually move forward with the repair or work much quicker.
Cons: The wearable devices need to be expanded to include much more selection. The video glasses must be more "user friendly" and "ergonomic." Need give the feeling and sense of not even being there.
"Very easy to use"
Overall: Overall it's a very easy system to use and I would recommend to anyone.
Pros: Vision is a very easy system to use. If you have someone who isn't computer savvy then they will be able to use this software.
Cons: The only part I dont like is trying to fax a document that was faxed and put in the system will sometimes not want to fax back out.

Overall: It’s an ok tool but overall the price exceeds its value. On the low end it’s a more robust and easily organized and sorted video and picture storage. The real power is in the service bulletin, tech support and other advanced features. However, the monthly cost is prohibitive with the advantage features, therefore cause a price to value disparity.
Pros: I really like the data management aspect and ability to easily store job information, visually
Cons: All functionality is add on after add on. The low level cost vs value is ok but as you add or want to add the more helpful features the value quickly gets over taken by the high monthly cost.
"Very comprehensive CRM software "
Overall: Great. The training team made it easy to swap over, spending almost two weeks with us
Pros: Everything is well tracked and metrics easily available for management. The layout for the employees is also easy for them to see where they are
Cons: Lead handling when left to a Round Robin protocol. It was very confusing as opposed to the first person available grabbing the leads

Overall: My overall experience with this app since ive been employed has been mostly good, after the updates its been so much better.
Pros: I like that it has a very easy to navigate interface. I can enter my sales very easily. The fact that I can look up my previous inputs helps tremendously.
Cons: Its sometimes slow to come up and glitches sometimes when inputing forms but its only when inputting one after the other.
