Pros

The ability to communicate with everyone in the company in one place and have the ability to do mundane tasks for rewards by just communicating with others from my company

Cons

Any time you hit back it exists out of the application. Also the sign in page doesnt work unless i copy and paste my username/password from another app in my phone (s9) I had tried to fix the issue with uninstall and reinstall and ensured my phone is up to date. Otherwise its a good app

Pros

Easy to communicate across multiple chains throughout the company. Great for employee reconigition. Employees love the interaction with each other.

Cons

Some of the glitches with h the software have caused a few delays when trying g to roll out to programs. The team is very responsive and quick to get the issues fixed.

Cons

Sometimes some employees have a hard time to connect or upload pictures. Most of the time the issue is with Android devices.

Overall so far its been a great experience! The level of customer service and support once launching this product is amazing.

Pros

Integration with our POS system. Fun interaction between employees in multiple locations. Creating games to move the needle on certain products.

Cons

So far there have been no negatives. Product still new to our organizations so we are still trying to find the best fit for out team with regards to games and what works best for us.

Pros

Setting leagues and group chats. The ease of the app. Giving rewards in form of tokens that can be redeemed for gift cards.

Cons

Lags sometimes. Does not load up as quickly as I will like. Sometimes shows just a blank page and won't load.

We love it! I’ve seen our sales increase and the app has created a positive environment for friendly competition among our staff.

Pros

Everything! Our associates really seem to enjoy Arcade. The diverse amount of redeemable gift cards seem to be a favorite.

Cons

There has been a little trouble with the reporting but our Arcade guru has been there every step of the way to offer any help she can!

Has engaged my sales team and has had a direct uplift to our bottom line. Because of its nature - our team culture has been improved and everyone loves it!

Pros

So happy with this product and so glad I found it! It has helped grow our sales consistently more than any other product we've tried. The platform makes sense and the team loves it! Great to see our team culture has improved too! Well done Arcade! You've won me over as an ambassador now!

Cons

Was a little hard to find but after that - it's been a great experience. Onboarding the team was quick and it's had an immediate impact!

Great support and very engaged support team. Helped us to put the focus on metrics which matter and improve performance.

Pros

Flexibility and ease of use when setting up game, employee engagement, peer to peer recognition. The app is really helpful to drive engagement.

Cons

Add more conditions and layers to games. More control on setting metrics.

We ran into a few hiccups getting Arcade set up, however, the support team was able to help us through the process. To our own fault, we tried fitting Arcade into certain segments of our organization that do not necessarily work well with Arcade's infrastructure.

Pros

Ease of use. The support team is also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons

The setup is fairly time consuming and we needed some honest feedback when trying to implement games that do not work well with Arcade.

Pros

The ability for hourly as well as salary employees to have access if geofencing that was supposed to be available worked.

Cons

Hourly employees can not receive communication when they are not working. The geofencing that prevented that communication unless they were at work did not work. Cost vs Benefit is not justified in our opinion

Ease of use - this was something that we used to replace a chat platform we had set up with SLACK.

Cons

That there is not a desk top app - and that this is not a winner circle (would love to have a place to show past winners or the agent that has won the most) #braggingrights

To be able to share specific feedback. The like the informal nature of being in community. I like the game-aspect and rewards behind recognizing others

Cons

Nothing that the platform does or does not do, it is simply another communcation and recognition method that can come across as one more thing to do
