Asurint was created by industry experts who saw an opportunity to break away from the status quo and re-imagine the background screening process. For the most part my team and I needed to utilize the screening services on a daily basis in order to meet customer demands. We generally received quick and accurate reports. If it were my decision entirely, we would still be using the Asurint service.

Pros

The ease of use as well as the reach and/thoroughness of the records that were provided.

Cons

I truly and personally had no issue with the Asurint product.

Background results are quickly received, allowing for the quick hiring of new candidates.

Pros

Asurint has an extremely quick turn around, which is a huge plus when attempting to quickly hire on a candidate. The fact that the company is able to integrate with 3rd party Applicant Tracking Systems is a huge plus and makes them a leader in the industry.

Cons

Asurint's website leaves much to be desired as it is not very intuitive for admins or candidates. The user interface can use a facelift.

We had clients that had federal contracts, therefore they had very strict guidelines for their personnel but as in any other hospitality work, the need for employees was very serious and real! Once we've submitted those requests it would not be over 24 hours and if it would be we knew there was something wrong in the results, not because they would delay them but because the providers would take longer.

Pros

Quick response, accurate results, and an amazing customer service

Cons

During my time using it I did not have one single to worry about and if I were to worry I am sure they would have knocked it out automatically

It was a little helpful program and did work for you.

I liked the format of the program. It was easy to enter information and easy to get information back.

It was to easy to get information and i noticed i could have did research and found the same information

This is an old standby, mature and robust database that anyone looking for someone should use -- but alow use others.

Overall, our business has been able to cut costs and wait time on background checks, increasing our efficiency when positions need to be staffed quickly.

Pros

This software integrates with our database very well. We are able to send requests without ever logging out of our database, and usually get responses very quickly. Additionally, when there has been the rare issue that required a call to tech support, their customer service was exceptional, giving knowledgeable answers in a timely fashion.

Cons

The only issue I can see to this software is that the integration doesn't allow for the reports to populate into our database. We have a notation that a background check was requested, but to view the report, we have to follow a link to Asurint to log in and view the details.
