I am able to keep all of the tenants and units in order. It makes every aspect of the business easy!

Pros

The CC Storage system has all of the features I need to run the storage business. The customer support has been quick and simple!!

Cons

There really isn't anything bad about this system. I am able to do everything I need. The tenants have been able to use the system easily.

Very good. It’s a well functioning product and it’s updated often to increase functionality. We are happy with it

Pros

Many of the features are hands off but can still be easily done manually once you learn how the system works. Customer support gets back to you with answers quickly.

Cons

\-Lack of built in merchandise function. -Lack of ability to email a customer directly (the template flow and all that adds a lot of clicks if you just want to send a simple email to a customer) -the chat bot has no idea what it’s talking about often -generating an invoice (when a customer wants to pay early before the system generates an invoice) should be a little easier to do -would appreciate functionality that is built into the system for lockouts/unlocks. I know we get emails for them but I’d like to see more of a dedicated feature -a big one for me is also the “Account credit” functionality. The system automatically counts it as a payment somehow. Would be nice to be able to give credit to a customers account without the system thinking it’s a collected payment. -The reports are also lacking a bit. Since we run two different facilities the reports do not say the facility name up top so we have to make sure they aren’t mixed up

Great! It has really taken lots of burdens off of me and the ease of using the software once you learn it has been so good! The learning videos helped so much.

Pros

CC Customer Service has been great! If I have any question big or small they are always there to help. Sometimes it does take leaving a message if they are busy but they always call or email me back fairly quickly. Not something I had with our previous software co.

Cons

I would like a few different search options for tenants to be easier. Like by unit # in the customer search bar or a way for me to search a phone #. Sometimes I get calls and want to check if it was a tenant.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT! \[sensitive content hidden\] is the best! So far, we really haven’t found any negatives. I only wish I had CC sooner.

Pros

The people helping us transition from our former Self Storage Management software to CC Storage were absolutely incredible to work with! \[sensitive content hidden\] made things happen. Our former software company and the former credit card processor were not at all helpful, but CC overcame all of the obstacles. CC has so many helpful features within the software that weren’t available in our former software. It’s very easy to customize everything to make the system work best for us.

Cons

The only thing I’d like to see is the ability to round all rent transaction amounts to the nearest dollar, which would simplify making change for cash customers. Now that I’ve mentioned it, I’d bet CC creates that feature.

Overall experience is positive but I was sold a few features when we signed on that were not delivered. Such as there being a downloadable App for your phone and that CCStorage is 100% moblie friendly which is not the case.

Pros

It is easy to use and easy to follow training videos. Love how easy it is to move in a new tenant or move from the waitlist to a new tenant. Automatic communications is nice but would like more control over the actual messages.

Cons

A few of the features could be easily updated to improve overall user experience. Such as the Site Map having a printable option, the Standard Units page having a downloadable or printable option, making the Notes option available when hovering over the unit in Site Maps, and make the Lock Unit function under Site Maps automatically unlock when the account is settled.

Mixed emotions at this point. The initial data migration did not go as planned, customers and data was lost. The rules of the site not accurate causing additional missed revenue. We have tenants physically in facilities but not in our system.

Pros

The ability to easily generate reports for multiple facilties. Fee structure compared to ESS and credit card fee pass through.

Cons

The website design and user experience through the website. Our website looks very, very generic and unprofessional.

The program features are easy to use and make sense (you don't have to be a computer programer to understand). Highly recommend the program!

Pros

We have had a wonderful experience using CCStorage!! Their support (rarely needed) is very responsive. Ease of use of the program is great! Credit card processing works very well - no issues at all! The program features are easy to use and make sense (you don't have to be a computer programer to understand).

Cons

There isn't anything that we have experienced in this category. Every feature works as expected. Highly recommend the program.

My overall experience has been one of complete satisfaction. I love that their customer support is in-house rather than outsourced.

Pros

I'm very pleased with the software and how it has helped my business. It actually saves me time and reduces a lot of phone conversations, as my tenants can check their accounts online and pay there. Customer support is good. Most of the time, they respond very quickly. All of them are very friendly to talk with and genuinely want to ensure that everything is clear to my satisfaction. I'm happy with the cost, as it is actually helping me earn more money through the online sign-up and auto-pay features. I also love the map feature, which shows available and occupied units, along with several other features. I highly recommend you contact CC Storage for a consultation or demo.

Cons

My only complaint would be the response time to hear back about an issue. I'm a person who likes everything resolved now! But any issue that I may have had in the past was never urgent.
