Pros: Generally great to submit requests to IT. No issue with software (just the people on our end who get the emails who aren't good). Great way to track requests and confirm if tickets opened have been resolved or not.
Cons: haven't used program enough to see any drawbacks yet.
Overall: Generally good for tracking tickets and heldesk requests. Wouldn't recommend for small or medium company if you have other in-house options available. Great for larger firms though.
