### "A Reliable, User-Friendly CRM with Strong Support"

October 30, 2025

5.0

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Recruit CRM has become a daily tool for us, and it’s had a real impact on how we manage jobs, candidates, and clients. Even though there are some added costs for tailoring it to our exact needs, the benefits far outweigh the downsides. It’s been a great fit for our team and has helped simplify our process.

Pros

We’ve really enjoyed using Recruit CRM at RadiologyJobs.com and rely on it every day. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy for our team to navigate. The overall functionality has been a real blessing for keeping our workflow organized, and their service and support have been excellent whenever we’ve needed help.

Cons

The platform can feel a bit limited without significant customization, and some of those customizations (like building out KPI tracking and custom fields) require additional costs. While not a dealbreaker, it does mean you need to invest more if you want to go beyond the core features.

Switched from

[Oracle Taleo Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/132229/Oracle-Taleo-Cloud-Service/)

We switched from Taleo because it was too limited for our needs. It lacked modern features and flexibility, and couldn’t keep up with the way we manage recruiting today. Recruit CRM offered a much more user-friendly interface, stronger functionality, and the ability to customize our workflows so we could actually scale and improve efficiency.

### "A Powerful, Flexible, and User-Friendly ATS"

December 7, 2025

5.0

I really enjoy using Recruit CRM: it’s efficient, intuitive, and genuinely supports my daily workflow.

Pros

An excellent system that delivers value from every angle. You can easily customize all fields and features for managing candidates and positions based on your needs -the level of customization is truly outstanding. The platform is very intuitive, and whenever questions come up, the support team is extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. One of the standout advantages is the analytics module: you can build almost any report you need in a simple and efficient way. Bottom line: the system saves time and money, is very easy to use, and is priced fairly. Highly recommended for independent headhunters as well as recruitment agencies.

Cons

The permissions setup is only available in the higher-tier subscription plan. I also wish there were an annual plan that doesn’t require increasing the credit card limit - meaning a yearly subscription paid in monthly installments. This would make it easier for us to upgrade to a higher-tier annual plan. \*The system doesn’t support switching text direction from right to left when writing in Hebrew.

### "Don't believe \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], it's all a scam"

October 21, 2020

1.0

The system looked great to begin with, the sales process was easy and there was lots of communication. They got way too greedy and have ruined a potentially awesome ATS/CRM by chasing quick bucks and not delivering what is promised.

Pros

It looked like it could do everything, but it can't, and the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] will gaslight you when you hold him to his word

Cons

I started speaking with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], as part of my process to find a new ATS and CRM 3 months ago. He promised that RecruitCRM would be able to integrate with my usual job board API's to multi-post jobs and accept candidates, eliminating the need for BroadBean or another multi-poster. This functionality wasn't a feature when we started speaking, but I was promised numerous times that it would be available soon and delayed the implementation until this function was up and running. I spoke to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] today, and he told me that to multipost jobs from within RecruitCRM, I would have now have to buy credits from his supplier. This wasn't part of the original conversations, but he denies that vehemently, meaning that one us is lying. And I'm pretty sure it's not me...

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

I wouldn't choose them if they were the only other option on the planet

Response from Workforce Cloud Tech

October 29, 2020

We're extremely sorry that your interaction with us while exploring new ATS systems left you with such a negative view. As a team, we work hard to make our customers happy & successful. All our 5-star reviews here attest to this endeavor. Recruit CRM is primarily an ATS+CRM and thus does not specialize in Commercial Job Distribution apart from the handful of free job boards we let our users auto-post jobs to. To help our customers, We have partnered with a Job Distribution company from The Netherlands that lets you buy premium ads on over 2000+ Job Boards & media channels across the world. Unfortunately, because the partner distributes the jobs, they do not let you bypass them and buy credits directly from multiple Job Boards while using their technology to publish jobs. We're extremely sorry if this was not clear during your demo of Recruit CRM. This was how this feature was always planned since we have no way to directly partner with 2000 Independent Job boards :(

It's been great. The amount of customer satisfaction calls was a bit extreme, but I do like how responsive they are when occasional hiccups happen.

Pros

Ease of use. Thoroughly thought out roadmap for recruiters. Secure - constant updates and accessible customer service. Enjoy the look and feel of the tool. Has made my life easier. Cannot find anything to complain about.

Cons

I don't have anything to point out. It's been a really great tool for us. I highly recommend using Recruit CRM!

### "The best experience"

November 12, 2025

5.0

We moved a very large database from an antiquated ATS and the migration process was detailed and handled with non-stop, dedicated, and priority support. And Recruit CRM's support has continued beyond the primary move. I will also highly commend Recruit on being so attentive and open to our requests in support and development that their lead developers have been present on calls with our team. In my 20+ years working with software services, this is a first. Very impressed. We hope to be with Recruit CRM for decades to come.

Pros

Recruit CRM is a superbly thought out system with endless room to grow. Its record management system is slick and intuitive. The API is so very well thought out and easy to work with. It's been a true joy to develop our external application integrations with Recruit CRM.

Cons

Their credit system is a bit frustrating at times. I'd prefer some optional service tiers to include the most important internal tools rather than making everything reliant on credit purchases. At times, it feels like anything you want to do "just takes a few more credits".

### "Great system"

October 28, 2025

5.0

Very positive experience on a platform that solves all recruitment consultant problems. Its very quick to add clients or candidates into the system. It provides all the tools to source candidates or manage them through the recruitment cycle.

Pros

It is very thought-through, feels very intuitive. The support team is very responsive, with any difficulties are handled promptly. New features and improvements are introduced regularly. Easy to navigate candidate search system.

Cons

The AI and data enrichment elements can be improved upon. Data Enrichment does not always provide accurate data. AI sourcing, while great, can also have inaccuracies (like in all AI instances currently).

So far, I am very happy. I am sure we will figure out all the bells and whistles....and bugs, as we go. Thanks to the wonderful team at CRM, I feel confident that we are onto a winner here

Pros

The staff and the customer service is outstanding. We are still getting used to the system, but it has a lot more features than our old CRM. I like that everything can be done directly from the system and there is no switching between tabs

Cons

Because we are still getting used to the system, the screen can seem a little busy and you there are a LOT of columns in the KanBan view, but once we get to know what we are doing, I am sure we will figure out what works best for us and we can customise it further. I wish that we see more clients and candidates per page, it is a little frustrating having to load a new page all the time.

### "In regards to Recruit CRM"

February 23, 2025

4.0

I used Recruit CRM at my previous tenure at a recruiting agency. We eventually switched over to Manatal because of Japanese language implementation, but overall very good product.

Pros

・Easy to use CRM with good implementation into emails and other previously used CRMS. ・Necessary info for candidate input. ・Easy to track interview process.

Cons

・No Japanese language capability. ・Compared to other CRM's UI/UX is not good. ・CS is not very effective.

### "Best we could find overall, and we're please, but still a work in progress"

May 30, 2023

4.0

Pros

The overall software is effective and we are pleased with it. We extensively researched different options for recruiting/applicant mgmt/CRM systems and this was by far the leader with a competitive pricepoint considering all the features. However, because it is a newer product and continuously being improved/updated, there are still many "works in progress" and items that need to be implemented and/or improved, some more "critical" than others. Still, overall it's effective and does what we need, for the most part. I will also add that their customer service is SUPERB! They are always willing to assist and walk you through any questions or issues and they respond quickly every time. I do wish they had some type of comprehensive intro/onboarding documentation to help get you started and act as a reference point and overview of all the different features and system options, but they did say this was something they planned to develop so hopefully we'll see it in the future.

Cons

A big downfall for us is the lack of a clearly documented user guide or any type of easily accessible reference point to help begin using the software. The resume formatter is also a feature that we were excited to use and unfortunately learned does not work as expected. The Outlook email connection works, but your mailbox is entirely unorganized and you can't easily view your folders, which does make it more of a pain to actually use. Another big one for us is the limited dashboard and reporting options as they really focus primarily on the clients, and not on the actual jobs we're working on or candidates we're dealing with. But even with these and a few other pain points, after demoing SEVERAL options and considering some of the other more well-known names, Recruit CRM was the clear winner and does blow the competition out of the water. Plus, the superior customer service and continued updating and taking into account of user feedback, definitely makes us feel that we made the right choice and we are satisfied and happy with our decision.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

The features, multiple systems all in one (ATS, CRM, Position Management, etc), price point, no long term commitments, continued updates and customer-focused improvements....it's a very effective and robust product as it stands currently, and we're definitely looking forward to the continued updates and feature fixes and new add-on's/implementations! :)

Switched from

[RESUMate](https://www.capterra.com/p/10268/RESUMate/)

Resumate is a great option for basic recruiting and is actually a very powerful resume database with seriously powerful search capabilities (if you need something basic, Resumate is AWESOME and the lifetime license is something you cannot beat), however, in terms of a day to day full on ATS and Recruiting tool, it was just far too antiquated and the updated version was very costly and still ages behind the competition.

### "Recruit CRM - small business perspective"

June 23, 2024

5.0

Pros

The user interface - was clear and logical and easy to understand with categories and options intuitively laid out and options easily accessible. The ability to customise each of the key categories - Companies, Contacts, Candidates, Jobs, Deals -- is helpful, as well as laying out the sections as one wants, plus the ability to hide/display system fields and custom fields as well. Makes using the product all that much easier. Additionally, the ability to connect the system with automation tools like Zapier or Integrately via the API has been a huge time saver, and this in addition to the in-house, Recruit CRM, lead integration and automation services. The workflow is good too, with a number of options to get candidates into and manage them through the system; with a good CV parsing tool, LinkedIn Chrome extension, plus a great resume formatter. The Tasks and Meetings manager, and the associated carousel, is extremely helpful too for managing workload and flow. There are additional built in tools available (sequences to automate communications for example/workflow), plus additional ones too but currently not using them so cannot provide more details. Lastly, communication from the team is regular with good information provided, the support is great, the team warm and friendly, and queries answered very quickly. All this coupled with a clear plan to upgrade/improve the system with an ability to make suggestions.

Cons

The reporting module -- currently it shows key information but the only issue is it's not entirely customizable, and one is "limited" to the options provided. I understand this is being worked on/upgraded and I'm looking forward to be able to set up multiple, customised reports.

### "Recommended to Us & We Love It"

April 13, 2022

5.0

Recruit CRM was not our initial choice. The three of us were doing a lot of research and demos over months. We had our preferred list narrowed down to three other ATS/CRMs, and then someone recommended Recruit CRM. So, we all sat in on one more demo, and we were pretty much sold. Of course, I still wanted to analyze every detail and offering, but Recruit CRM was the clear winner after all of that.

Pros

We love how easy it is to source candidates and contacts outside of the CRM. We can seamlessly add them into our work flow (jobs, hot lists, pipeline, etc). We all came from ATS/CRMs where importing candidates and contacts was really cumbersome and glitchy. We launched the business three months ago, and we were able to move SO much faster because we had an ATS/CRM that kept us out of the weeds of data entry. We also really like the mobile app. (If needed, I could probably just sit in my car and work a whole productive day with just the mobile app.) Another cool feature, which was new to us, was the "deal sheet." We weren't using that day one, but as we got going we realized that it is a very cool, customizable tool that we now rely on.

Cons

You can search all notes but at this point, if you log something as a "call log" the text you input is not searchable. We would love to see that feature added! Recruit CRM allows users to vote on updates, so it could be in the works. We are also looking forward to the upcoming email sequencing feature.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

A few reasons: 1) customer service (although we had really good experiences with RecruiterFlow and Creltae as well). (2) the candidate/contact/company parser via the chrome extension was the easiest and most robust (3) the mobile app (4) the industry recommendation (5) the user interface

### "RecruitCRM | ICAP People Solutions"

September 23, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Recruit CRM has been very positive: the platform is intuitive, easy to use, and has streamlined our recruitment operations significantly. The standout features are its customizable workflows and excellent customer support, though minor bugs and occasional system slowdowns have occurred, these were usually resolved quickly by their team.

Pros

Recruit CRM is highly valued for its intuitive interface and customizable workflows, which make managing candidate pipelines and client communications efficient and user-friendly. The platform's integrated automation features and collaborative tools also streamline recruitment processes for teams.

Cons

I found the customization options weren’t flexible enough for niche recruitment needs, which made it difficult to tailor the system for unique requirements. But they are working on it and they are doing a great job.

### "Really Helps Recruiters"

September 20, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience has been really good. Recruit CRM has cut down a lot of manual work for me and made it so much easier to track candidates and clients in one place. I appreciate that the company keeps rolling out updates and listens to user feedback. Yes, there are a couple of areas to improve, but it’s definitely become a tool I rely on daily.

Pros

What I like the most is how simple and easy it is to use. The interface feels clean, and my team didn’t take long to get used to it. The customer support team is honestly one of the best parts they’re super quick to respond and always willing to help. I also enjoy how flexible the system is when it comes to setting up pipelines and reports.

Cons

One thing I feel is missing is an assessment tool within the platformit would really make things smoother. Also, the workflow automation features are a bit on the expensive side when you compare it to options like NH8.

The reporting. Its super expensive to roll out reporting to our team of 160+ team members. We are rather moving towards PowerBi that has a lot more functionality.

### "Great cost-benefit CRM/ATS that’s always looking to improve!"

November 12, 2024

5.0

I’m very happy with Recruit CRM and confident that the system will continue to improve. Excellent cost-benefit.

Pros

Customizable and user-friendly, with 24/7 IT support that’s always eager to improve.

Cons

I would like the option to include interview or meeting notes directly within each event, as well as dropdown menus that filter options based on previous selections. For example, if I select 'Finance' in one field while speaking to a candidate, the next dropdown should display only finance-related roles rather than roles from all disciplines

### "Nice tool for Recruitment"

October 22, 2024

4.0

Pros

Usability, easy overviews of candidate profiles

Cons

Reporting function and filters, it’s not as straight forward as I would expect reporting to be. Not always clear where to go to find certain reports.

### "RCRM - An Excellent Choice of software for our Company"

June 4, 2024

5.0

Excellent support from day one, migration was smooth, but any difficulties that arose were dealt with in a fast and an efficient manner, with loads of technical backup provided when needed. Our Account Manager from day one, who got to know our business acts in a very supportive way to ensure we are getting what we want and the most out of the system and providing solutions/functionality to all queries. Overall the support has been excellent from the Account Manager and the overall RCRM Team. The Chatbot Help facility has been used a lot by individuals and all with positive feedback on this help facility, which had a very quick response, no matter what time of the day. The online videos and help videos provided are excellent. We are very pleased with the system to date.

Pros

Excellent support from Recruit CRM throughout migration, right through to rolling out RCRM company wide. Technical advice was excellent and using customized fields to assist us and give us more visibility on all the data that was imported from our older CRM system. Dedicated Account Manager which is very beneficial. Setting up roles and teams in RCRM to facilitate the levels required in our Company. Responses to all requests have been dealt with very fast and continuous updates provided if requests have gone to the Product & Development team. The feedback from the overall team is very positive as they all get used to RCRM and functionality of this new system.

Cons

As we are new to Recruit CRM, nothing springs to mind at present, as we have all the functionality that we require and operate our Recruitment and CRM Software. Only thing missing, no map available for radius searching.

Reason for choosing Recruit CRM

We felt it was the best fit for our company from the software packages that we evaluated.
