First of all, thank you very much to the producers of this program. One of the reasons I love doing my job. I open my computer with pleasure every morning. What is there on that day, what meetings will be held, what are my duties and grades, vacancies, candidates ... In short, it is a program that makes my job easier and allows me to do it with pleasure.

Pros

I've used a lot of software so far, but it's an incredibly user-friendly software. Every morning, I am excited to use the program.

Cons

Actually, there is nothing I dislike, when that is the case, they are already a phone call away.

I love its ease of use and the design itself. It all looks very attractive and honestly contributes to my productivity alone. Maybe it sounds odd, but sometimes I can't wait to open it and work in it. I've never had this experience with any other kind of work tool lol! And I love the colors too, thank you for all the colors guys!

There is nothing that I don't like on Recruit CRM!

So far my team enjoys using the system and we are able to do many things that we could not do before, such as source in our own system and have the use of a Chrome extension for sourcing online.

Pros

We are new users of the software. We have really appreciated the customer support and ease of use. With our last software, we had inconsistent service and the system just felt outdated. This system has many customizable features and an excellent advanced search function. We are very happy with it so far.

Cons

There is not a lot to NOT like at this point. If I had to pick something, I would say the limit on customizable fields with the Team Plan.

RCRM had great reviews on its customer service and the price was similar to the other options. It has been worth it to switch just for the customer service they provide.

Pros

I like how comprehensive it is, with literally everything you need and at the same time they are put together in a way that makes it intuitive and simple to use, which results in great efficiency - lots of automation and integration (you can literally do everything from the platform itself, without using email, calendar or any other tool outside of it).

Cons

there aren't really any downsides, I've shared some ideas with the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] directly in a call that he made himself available for personally and he promised to implement them, so Im looking forward to the new releases :)

Recruit CRM is the best not just in terms of value for money, but even if we disregard the price tag, all alternative platforms I have seen are behind it by a lot

Pros

Very easy to use, can customize fields, user friendly, easy to navigate, lots of options, and most importantly they have outstanding customer service who are there to help anytime you need it.

Cons

A little pricey and could use some additional upgrades to certain features around how data is viewed and arranged, but very minor stuff

I love how organized the system is, and how little time it takes to get what we need at a moments notice. One click and you have everything you need!

Pros

We all love the how easy it is to upload candidate files, use the pipeline, schedule interviews, etc. It takes seconds to know what is happening on each job and what stage the candidates are in. Our old systems over the years were very time consuming, and the programmers always made promises they couldn't keep, leaving us feeling taken advantage of. I'm so happy my business coach recommended you!!

Cons

We are still finding it very difficult to filter candidates by; Title, and location. I really hope at some point this filter works for us.

It's very easy to use, and every one one your team is a pleasure to work with and always available!!! I would give you 10 Strats if that were an option!

We work faster and more thorough, candidates are easy to find and follow up, the import of these is easy as well.

Pros

The implementation of Recruit CRM was easy and fast. We've been searching for a customizable tool for a long time! Now we can work as before, only that it's faster, easy to search and better looking. ;-)

Cons

Some features are important for us but still missing:Customization of columns width within a candidate mail to client.The candidates list to clients should show the same details we are able to see. This should be an option to activate.

Overall the experience has been excellent. I had 4 demos for various ATS/CRM systems and Recruit CRM were the least salesy out of them all which definitely caught my attention. I came across a team that truely believed in their product and let the platform speak for itself. Considering I am a one man team and small account for these guys they have gone above and beyond to ensure I happy with the platform and always on hand to help. Another massive plus was the pricing..... no unjustified "set-up costs" or highly priced addons, the price was exactly as stated on the website.

Pros

Main pro is the user friendliness of the system. All users are given trial access and I was able to figure out my way around without being shown the official demo from Recruit CRM which is testament to how easy the system is to use. There were two other key features that I needed from my ATS/CRM and that was integration with Gmail and my website and Recruit CRM ticked both boxes. The integration with Gmail was seemless and took less than 5 mins. My web developers were also able to integrate the jobs page with my website without any hassle. Another massive plus is the support I have received to date. The guys at Recruit CRM are always on hand to answer my questions. They also have a host of tutorial videos which provide easy to follow instructions on how to complete various tasks on the system.

Cons

No issues to date. It would be great to see a android app in the future.

Pros

When we search for a new vendor the main thing we look for is a high degree of customer service. A lot of the larger companies can care less about your experience and just want your money. The leaders at RecruitCRM spend the time to understand your business needs and they go the extra mile to make sure the tool fits your process. As a huge plus, they offer free training and individual training for your recruiters should they need it.

Cons

Lots of integrations and plugins that many non technical recruiters struggle with. You have to be somewhat tech savvy to have immediate success with the tool.

The customer service is really helpfull. Recruit CRM on itself is easy to work with, however it sometimes is difficult to find the thing you're looking for because of all the options. When I need help with finding it, I'll inform our CRM contact person, who up to now have always been able to help quickly.

To be honest, the best customer support service I have ever experienced (and I've worked with "a lot" of CRM's). Whenever I have a question or a request to add a custom item, I get a reply within minutes, often with a tailor-made video from the team. Actually, they even have pre-made videos of a few minutes ready at hand that usually answers the questions you may have.

Pros

It's user-friendly, web-based, looks modern, 99% customizable AND the RCRM team release updates so often it's a pleasure to see the tool become better by the days. We could embed the candidate application form onto our website.

Cons

Nothing (really!). Most features that have asked for have been developed within a few days, and some bigger features are part of larger tool updates.

The experience from the demo, to the implementation, to the support received in every aspect has been amazing. The team is extremely helpful, reachable and you literally get an answer or support within a few minutes. You really feel that you matter as customer and the team is there to help you.

Pros

It is very easy to use and more important customise to our needs. As the business changes its crucial that we can easily adapt how the system operates and recruit CRM allows us to do that. Furthermore, the customer support has been absolutely outstanding. I have never experienced such quick and efficient (not to say friendly also) customer support. This has made a huge difference.

Cons

There are some smaller features that could make it even better but I believe that with the possibility to customise most things can be solved.

With RCRM and Enorth being in small recruitment team our daily usage with RCRM gauges everyone's performance and manages all of the general day to day duties as a one stop shop. Myself having 20 years + recruitment experience i have to say this software has been the most enjoyable and easiest Recruitment CRM i have used in a long time!

Pros

To add a CV this is one of the most important factors - With RCRM i have to say its been the easiest by far to just drag and drop and collate all the details this is extremely useful. to add job with our Clients is also another important factor and with RCRM this has been real easier to manage and ensure we are supplying candidates for all our jobs This is my favourite add - we can share our jobs so simple by either a click of a button or copy and past the Link. With this candidates are able to real time apply and speeds the application process up.

Cons

i generally dont have any dislikes yet and have been satisfied with the system. Any issues I do have RCRM are at a click of button to discuss and eliminate any problems.
