Overall experience is positive. They were very flexible in scheduling our meetings outside their business hours, and simply were easy to work with and get the job done.

Pros

Easy to work with and communicate. Strong effort to bring in members of our team and understand our needs. The platform itself is the best in the business.

Cons

Would have liked if the reps understood that we are not interested in certain components re functionality, so no need to visit those in the future.

Our experience has been the best with Recruit CRM. The simplicity of the interface has made it really easy for us to build our database and manage our business. I would 100% recommend Recruit CRM to anyone looking to start their recruiting firm or who is seeking to upgrade their CRM to one specific to the recruiting industry.

Pros

The support team at Recruit CRM has been tremendous. They really stand out in the level of their world class support in getting set up and for ongoing training. They have been helpful in helping us customize some aspects of the software and have just generally gone above and beyond. Their level of customer service does truly stand out as many of the other CRM providers did not return calls or emails and were impossible to communicate with. Recruit CRM has been the best customer experience.

Cons

The only area of improvement I see for the software is if you could text candidates through the platform. Currently you can call candidates through Recruit CRM but it would be great to also be able to text candidates and clients through the platform.

Pros

Nice overview, intuitive UI and it's very customizable. But what I like MOST is the awesome customer support, they have a hands-on approach are always available to give personal advice through calls or video messages. I hope this never changes in Recruit CRM; the personal approach is what I think really sets them apart and make the subscription worth the buck.

Cons

Smaller things such as an overview of all notifications. But I've addressed these ideas to customer support and they will implement these changes. It would be even better if they could update these functionalities daily; but that's probably not realistic because there are so many users and they have to prioritize. Honestly, can't complain.

Overall its been brilliant within 10 hours of using the platform you get a good grip of the platform and its usability and functions. It has sped up my ability to reach out to my network and market no end and would highly recommend for recruiters starting up on their own.

Pros

Its a very intuitive platform with strong UX/UI features compared to other solutions i looked at and demo'ed.

Cons

The only con I have is the more of a specific need for how i operate in my market and not a generic platform issue. The ability to create "jobs" for candidates and not just clients.

I just started my own selection and recruitment agency 2 months ago, and one of the tasks was to select a software platform to work with. I looked at 5 vendors, and in short, Recruit CRM was at the top from the beginning. However, it took me a while to get to the conclusion, but the main reason was because I was very busy doing everything with the startup of the company. I had several questions before my final decision, and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was on top of every single one of them and giving me answers and guidelines 24/7. At a certain time I though \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was “20 people”, that is how ridiculously efficient he was in answering all of my questions. I though that after my decision of using the RecruitCRM platform that their customer service would go down, but no, that didn’t happen. Their fantastic service level continued and I was also introduced to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], who is also absolutely great in all service and providing feedback 24/7. Regarding the product, we love it, but at the same time we are still getting to know it and to use the features. I give this company, the product and the people my very best recommendation, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They have the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Pros

It is easy to install and start to use. Excellent customer service 24/7. They are also listening to customers and making changes that customer are asking for.

Cons

There isn't a thing that I don't like. I am just one happy customer!

Customer service is fantastic! I have never waited in a cue or not have my question answered in a timely manner. I really like when the team sends me videos so I have those as a reference.

Cons

With any tool you can always think of ways to improve but so far the road map is in line with improvements we have wanted to see.

he functionality and ease of use alongside the intuitive process, it is followed up by EXCELLENT customer service, the team really want to help you.
