### "Great product with easy to use interface"

Overall very happy with the software. I am able to do all the tasks with ease. The features are also great and not as expensive as other recruitment agency software.

Pros

The software is extremely easy to use with many good features that help recruiters do the job quickly and productively. It is also a lot cheaper than other softwares.

Cons

The software is fairly news and new features are being developed to improve the software.

### "A Must Have For Any Recruiter"

Overall it's fantastic. New employees learn how to use it within days of starting. That's how easy it is to use.

Pros

I love how intuitive it is and how it's easy on the eye. Has everything we need and integrates with email easily. Keeps our team organized and on track. I highly recommend this system.

Cons

At first they didn't have all the features we needed but they are always improving and now it has all the best features.

Pros

The resume parser is a great tool that allows us to scan through many candidates quickly

Cons

When changing the email in the candidate, we lose all the prior communication with the candidate.

The switch from another program was easier than expected. Now we are more productive and can handle candidate questions, data updates and pitches two times faster. No need to search in Outlook anymore. All emails are linked to the contacts in Recruit CRM.

Pros

The main features for us are the radius search (geolocation search) for companies and candidates, and the possibility to select the value for every candidate pitch individually. So you can decide if you want to pitch the candidate with or without contact data in seconds.

Cons

Sometimes it could be a little bit faster.

The support in Recruit CRM is unbelievable fast and helpful. The same issue fixed in Zoho Recruit took about a week. In Recruit CRM about 10 minutes.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is always great with helping us out, even though all the self-help videos are awesome. It has all the functionality we could want including extras that we havn't had with other CRMs like parsing from LinkedIn which we love.

Pros

The interface is easy to use and understand, it looks modern while still having all the functionality needed.

Cons

So far there aren't any complaints about Recruit CRM

Pros

One of the most intuitive and best thought out CRM/ATS systems I have used (and I have used many.) RecruitCRM does everything you want it to do and does it well. Its customizable applicant tracking system and built-in reporting tools are easy to use and make managing candidate pipelines a breeze. For Managers, the built-in KPI reporting tools are excellent for managing a teams performance. The user interface is excellent and super easy to adapt too. I have been using RecruitCRM for about 3 months now and really like.

Cons

Overall RecruitCRM is great, but it's new and can be buggy from time-to-time. The good news is that the support is top-notch and issues are addressed and solved quickly.

It has been a seemless transition from my previous ATS to Recruit CRM. I have never had better Customer service!

Pros

Very easy to use and everything ties in nicely from parsing the candidate to billing your client:)

Cons

They are a smaller company, so they are slowly working out the glitches which are very few. However, any issue that you have gets resolved really quickly.
