Cons The only thing I can complain about is not actually a problem in the software, its more like a problem with me. sometimes while I'm using the extension and using the notes feature, I click somewhere else in the page, and i end up losing what i have written before. Cons There are some features that would be useful to have, but we're in constant communication with the customer support and they are working on implementing most of our "demands". Pros It is very easy to use, intuitive and clearly it has been VERY well thought through before implementation. It is very quick and has a 2020 modern Interface. The difference between this and Bu..... is like light and day, far easier to use, far faster and 70% cheaper. I can't speak highly enough about this software and their support team. Cons The login home page doesn't disappear when you login very small point and only mildly annoying as I don't like too many windows open on my browser. Reason for choosing Recruit CRM Saw your advert and wasn't happy with current CRM, which I will still use until I m fully acquainted with this system. Pros Recruit CRM allows you to customize stages in your pipeline which makes it a solid applicant tracking system. Cons Unless you upgrade to higher tiered plans you are limited with how many custom fields you can track. We used the option to import our own data and didn't know how to add a new field but asked support and they showed us in 2 min. They like to quickly send a video or jump on a zoom call to show us. Pros It's very easy to have candidates update their info our recruiter can just send a quick link, lots of great options to customize hiring pipelines, getting info on a candidate from our internal recruiter is a breeze now. Cons Recruit CRM's current setup is awesome for external recruiting firms, it'd be even better if they had a more streamlined preset for our internal recruiter to use out of the box. Pros RecruitCRM has a personal touch. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] replied to any questions that I have rather quick, even on a Sunday and I am from a different time zone. Secondly, the functionalities are well thought and constantly keeps the recruiter in mind. For example the list of candidate with just a click. Plus knowing that it can be rather daunting to get new resumes from candidates, I can just get it done with a click of a button. How easy is that? Thirdly, the price is affordable for the features that they offered. Fourth, setup is simple, direct and fast. Cons I do wish that the resume parser can parse a bit more of information.
