The parsing works great and saves time too. Cons I've had a couple of questions of things I couldn't figure out - but the team was really responsive and even sent me a customized video showing how to do what I was trying to do. Pros RecruitCRM has a personal touch. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] replied to any questions that I have rather quick, even on a Sunday and I am from a different time zone. Secondly, the functionalities are well thought and constantly keeps the recruiter in mind. For example the list of candidate with just a click. Plus knowing that it can be rather daunting to get new resumes from candidates, I can just get it done with a click of a button. How easy is that? Thirdly, the price is affordable for the features that they offered. Fourth, setup is simple, direct and fast. Cons I do wish that the resume parser can parse a bit more of information. As a recruiter, you want to have many different options and stages to choose from and we are provided exactly that. This is the most versatile system out there and I have trialled a lot! It's intuitive and very user-friendly. They are constantly updating and developing this system. Cons There isn't anything! This ticked all the boxes and more, highly recommend it to anyone in this situation. Also looks very scalable so ideal for growing businesses looking for a cheaper alternative to the bigger players in the market. Pros Very easy to use. Having been a user of Bullhorn and Profile in previous agencies, this was very easy to adapt to. Has most of the features of the bigger platforms but much cheaper, and anything you need/want to be implemented they will do as soon as possible. Pros They parsing tools for LinkedIn makes my life 1000% easier. Cons There are a few random bugs that get annoying but if you contact support they fix them extremely fast.
