It would be good if the Jobs function enabled you to search by job location It would be good if you could easily see when you last e mailed a candidate

The software is easy to use and the APIs used save a great amount of time on daily basis. The stock reports will fulfill all the reporting needs without any customization required. The software is backed by an incredible team ready to jump in for any support and training - no questions asked.

Cons

Pros

I've been using this product from the early days and I've seen first hand how far it has come. I find it very versatile and the team in RecruitCRM are very quick to jump into a video call with me, if I ever have any issues or queries. As an agency, we have full integrated with their system and we find it very efficient and definitely saves us time on administrative tasks

Cons

Great options and abilities are being added all the time, I nearly find it hard to keep up. To be fair, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and the team are very good at creating "How to " guides on anything new and answering any queries we have.

Import of data was very easy and can be done by literally everyone. It's a database I can customize easily so it fits perfect for my business. There are constant improvements of the software so it becomes better and better.

Pros

Best customer support I've ever had. All questions are answered by the really amazing support team instantly. They even record short videos to explain the solutions for my problems. Additionally the software is very easy to handle and you can customize nearly everything.

Cons

I would prefer a German version, but with all the customizing options it's no problem to create own German buttons and fields.

Several options were not available, like an availability date. Every custom field must be created by them and costs money. There's no chat support. Email replies need sometimes more than a day. By phone the support people are not available, you can only ask for callback and then wait for hours or days. Contract terms are one year no monthly option.

Unlike other platforms, RecruitCRM is equally robust and versatile, allowing our team to streamline our workflow without limiting the creativity and style of individual team members. The layout is intuitive and easy to navigate, as are the administrative features on the back end to customize the ecosystem and published pages.

Cons

The only pain point from my team thus far has been some of the language or labelling or core features, but that is mostly a learning curve inherent in moving to a new platform that I don't anticipate enduring.

And once we signed a contract, he introduced us to a team of folks who have helped us get the most out of our new backbone system and have worked with us to customize whatever we needed to match our process and client needs.

Pros

You can customize most of it to your needs. They are always improving on the software and features. Their helpdesk is great! They are always there to answer your questions and find solutions for you.

Cons

Sometimes it lags. You really need to have everyone on the team be using the software the same way right from the beginning. It gets very disorganized if not everyone is filling out the information on the profiles.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use and learn, And that you don't have to manually add all the data when entering candidates. Also, our account rep Rutvik is always helping me and my team when we need help and he is always available.

Cons

It doesn't have a texting feature, but other than that it's great!

EXCELLENT! Such a pleasure to work with. TIME SAVING! Great for keeping track of work load.

Pros

Easy to use, once training is completed. Many more features we are yet to start using. Great for tracking progress. Easy to look up status / information.

Cons

Some limited features, like CV template is very basic - but the Pros far outweigh the Cons, so I am only mentioning this, as the question was asked.Many times in Parsing CV's - physical editing is required, to ensure that the correct information reflects in the correct columns on the Candidates Page.

Sometimes doesn't load. A bit fiddly to change status. No option to record current salary in different currencies.

The software is amazing, and the team is excellent in terms of service. Is pretty easy to use and has amazing features that make our recruiting lives easier. My doubts are solved with extreme efficiency and they iterate so quickly.

Cons

Nothing so far, I think the team is pretty aware of where to grow, and they've been doing it great!

Pros

The best customer service, great product with optimal workflow for an agency

Can not state any cons. Whatever challenge I have the support team is always there for us and solves issues, if any.

Overall, not only is the platform just wonderful to use and highly customizable, but the customer support has been probably the best I've experienced before. In addition to my customer success rep, I also have a technical support guy who set up my API integrations on the backend so that when I add candidates via the extension, they are automatically enriched with contact info from my SalesQL account. I don't even have to touch my SalesQL extension, the enrichment happens automatically on the backend. And I didn't have to pay extra to get that kind of support either!

Pros

The ability to set up and account and start configuring it to my specific needs on day 1 was huge for me. I tend to not like having to schedule and sit through a live demo prior to getting to start playing around with the platform. I like it when they are intuitive and when the product can speak for itself.

Cons

Sometimes the search functionality hasn't been as accurate as I would like. The nice thing though is that when I mentioned this to my customer success rep, it was already on the docket. That was about a month ago and she told me they are currently working on that functionality on the backend and will let me know when the updates have been deployed.
