"Needs a subscriber management and/or mailing list component"

**Overall:** It was limited in that while yes, I built a pop up form, which was easy and user friendly, in which to capture leads, I didn't have a subscriber service already, nor was I interested in introducing an additional cost, so I back off of Optin.

**Pros:** It was pretty straightforward and I was already familiar with more complicated platforms like MailChimp, so this was a decent system to navigate.

**Cons:** Unfortunately for me I didn't realize at sign up that it did not include or offer any subscriber management or mailing list. You need an additional service to integrate, like ConstantContact or MailChimp, etc.

**Alternatives Considered:** [MailerLite](https://www.capterra.com/p/136603/MailerLite/) and [Sender](https://www.capterra.com/p/139770/SENDER/)

**Reasons for Choosing OptinMonster:** Just an overall instinct, which again, led me astray as I needed the mailing list management built in to the service.

**Switched From:** [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/)

**Reasons for Switching to OptinMonster:** I found them expensive and complicated, and they didn't like me or my list, so the dislike was mutual.

"Great Product and Great Service"

**Overall:** great experience overall appreciate the support we recieve

**Pros:** Ease of use and the support they provide

**Cons:** Integration with gravity forms, not seem to be working for us
