Pros It was pretty straightforward and I was already familiar with more complicated platforms like MailChimp, so this was a decent system to navigate. Cons Unfortunately for me I didn't realize at sign up that it did not include or offer any subscriber management or mailing list. You need an additional service to integrate, like ConstantContact or MailChimp, etc. Switched from [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/) I found them expensive and complicated, and they didn't like me or my list, so the dislike was mutual. The company should consider adding more features and functionalities as well. Pros I used optinMonster for opt-in forms. It's quite a great tool for lead generation.Opt-in forms are easy to customize and the user interface is very simple as well. You can drag and drop items into the builder and they readily adapt to small screen devices and it easily integrates with other tools like MailChimp. Cons What I dislike about optinMonster is the price for using it. It can be expensive compared to what you'll have to gain in return for your investments and secondly, for proper contact management, It's better to use MailChimp to handle contacts because optinMonster lacks a few functionalities that are essentially for handling managing subscribers. - The forms are also very limited, especially in terms of customization and feature-richness. Instead of more features they need to focus on making the bare basics easier to use. If we weren't using a referral software that required us to use optinmonster I never would have changed, or when i did change i would have refunded immediately. Pros I liked that there were many more features that were available to use Cons Many things. The biggest one is that it blows my mind the forms are not very mobile responsive. Most of everyones traffic is mobile, yet they recommend you create a form for your website plus a different one for mobile. So it takes double the work to set anything up. Secondly, the forms they use are blocked by browsers like Brave and Tor, which means constant support enquiries to deal with. I tried asking optinmonster support team for help on this. That was 4 days ago. Still no reply. Now it is the weekend and that means we are going to continue to have this issue another 2-3 days. One standout feature that I particularly enjoyed is the drag and drop functionality. It allows you to create and customize designs without any coding knowledge. This feature is incredibly convenient and significantly speeds up the design process.Great library of designs.
